I am a truck driver and I visit many fast food restaurants around the country but I am ALWAYS impressed with this location in West Salem Oregon. They by far have the cleanest restaurant and the attitudes of the employees are always pleasant. But this trip through they have out done themselves with the BEST Christmas atmosphere and display. Hats off to the management of this establishment and Thank you for caring about your customers!
This is the best Carl's Jr. I have ever been to, there was a minor error in my order and they were right on top of fixing the issue. It is nice to have customer service people who take pride in their work. That is why I gave them 5 stars across the board.
the carls jr is always top notch. employees are friendly. food is hot and fresh. and omg this location is incredibly decorated for christmas. 5 stars all the way!!!
The evening staff at this location is unfriendly ands acts like I’m an inconvenience. Half the time at the drive through I’m told to pull around the front and park to wait for my food, even when I’m the only one in the drive. Overall mediocre. Please train your staff to be more friendly. I literally just overheard them making fun of someone in the drive through for ordering an item by the wrong name.
West Salem Carls Jr has so much Holiday spirit, so nicely decorated by Brian, and he was so happy and smiling, he made it such a nice experience! Awesome Christmas tree and lights! Thank you Brian!
