Carl’s Jr. - Fast food restaurant in Roseburg - 2035 NW Stewart Pkwy, USA

Went here for lunch. Had the Western Bacon Cheese meal. Burger was good, and fries were OK. The service was great. Went thru the drive and had no problem with the order.

Carl's Jr is the best burger place in town. That flame broiled taste sets them apart from the rest. I think I'm developing a Big Carl Combo addiction. The burgers are always so fresh, hot, juicy, and so flame broiled delicious. The fries are always fresh, hot, and delicious. The customer service is always outstanding. Plus, even during a lunch rush the dining room is kept clean, the floor and the tables. The bathroom is always spotless. I'm very impressed with this Roseburg restaurant.

Huge shout out to the GM Danielle for buying my family lunch today. For some reason my card wasn't working and she offered to pay for our $48 lunch. Fast friendly service and the food is always excellent!

I haven't been to Carl's Jr in years. But considering it was New Year's Eve night and the line was not long at all. I give them kudos for their prompt service.

Not usually one to right reviews, but this encounter warranted special exception. I was the only person in the drive through and I was asked to park, I politely asked if I could just stay in the drive through since there was no one behind me. The employee looked at my Iike a deer in the head lights and then said, "my manager asked me to ask you" continuing to stare. She then slammed her window muttering something under her breath. When I got my food a few minutes later she nearly through the bag at me with a seriously perturbed look on her face like someone my question had deeply offended her. Since a combo price is almost an additional $4 on a given meal it seems like there should be an element of good customer service to make up for the price differential. Unfortunately Carl's Jr. seems to be lacking in that department.

I posted a review before but I wanted to say thank you to the staff there. They are wonderful and the manager there in the morning is great and appreciated.

The woman who took my order and served me was very friendly and helpful. She made me feel like I was welcome there and went out of her way to give me help. Great customer service and what I like to call customer care!

Great food. Drive-thru is fast. Have never had a bad experience here.
