Staff is friendly and everything is good except for time. The last few times I’ve been here, regardless of time of day, I end up waiting over 10 minutes for my orders which I placed online. Maybe they’re waiting for people to arrive before they work on their order? If so, instructions should reflect that on the app.
Every employee did the jobs perfectly and I felt very welcomed and cared for :-)
I’m gonna call out the barista‘s who were working 14 December. I had done a mobile order and when I got my mobile order the drink wasn’t even full it was like there’s like an inch of room in my cup?(not good impression) And I work at Caribou(1128) myself, and as a fellow barista I’m a little disappointed in their drink quality because this does not need customer standards at all. Now I knew I came in a little later than my drink was supposed to be taken but I would’ve assumed they would’ve filled the rest with ice or at least topped it off. Maybe you all should work a little harder on your drink quality.😔

Always a good variety of different kinds of beverages and light eats. Drive through times always impress me, very quick for custom-made drinks and goodies. I like the Northern lights line of beverages which taste as good as the full sugar and calorie equivalents. They're always flexible to be somewhat custom with your drinks which is always nice.
Big fan of this location. We did have a couple of times where a food order was missed, but the staff here always makes it right :) Love coming here!

I always enjoy this location! The coffee is great as well as the non-caffeinated options. I also recommend trying one of this breakfast sandwiches or their fresh pastries that they sell behind the counter. There are several places for you to receive and enjoy these delicious options such as the outdoor dining, the inside dining, and the drive through. Try it out!
