I went here this morning and was greeted promptly in a very friendly manner. As always, they check to see if I had a perk account and then took my order. I completely forgot to order a pup cup for my puppy who is in the car. The lady giving us our drinks (Bee ) immediately noticed our puppy and asked if I would like a pup cup. I promptly said yes, as I had completely forgotten to order one. The drinks were delightful, and my puppy loved his pup cup. I would highly recommend this Caribou based on the diligence in serving customers.

Came in Sunday 11/05/23 around 11. Drive thru line was long so we walked inside. The employees were totally avoiding the front register. The employees avoided eye contact and said nothing to us the entire time we waited for someone to take our order, even after trying to catch their attention. Many walked by without offering assistance. We waited 10+ minutes before someone would help at the register. After ordering, we waited another 25 minutes. After 25 minutes we asked for a refund for our two drinks, because we could wait no longer. Employees were discourteous to customers and complaining loudly while working, including how they “meant to quit last week.” Other customers also asked for items from their orders, and staff avoided eye contact with them too. The employee gave me an incorrect refund, just typing in a similar drink instead of what I ordered. I also didn’t get a refund of the tip I’d left.

This business must have moved a few times because Google maps brought me to two wrong locations. The mocha was good

Very good! Love going here. Sad they close early! I work late nights and then forget they are closed when I drive by.
