The best coffee shop in Minnesota! And, that's an XL cold brew iced vanilla latte, for $6.99!!!! Caffeine for HOURS!🤣 The Perks card has lots of nice perks, the baristas are always so positive and happy! I do love my Caribou.....

I visited this location this morning 11/10/23 and they were super busy but I can't even say enough amazing things about how kind and patient the staff were. Despite being busy they were still professional and didn't make me feel rushed. I appreciate my experience there! A huge thank you to them for working so hard!
Had a great experience on a stressful day thanks to Kaylee (no idea on spelling). I was in the cities for a wedding, trying to get coffee for everyone, and got all kinds of lost on the roads/ran late because of wrong turns. She even helped me carry my order out to the car. Thank you for not making me feel like a nuisance when I had questions and was trying not to hold up the line!!
What a great location and this store opens at 530am which helps with early risers. It's also a bigger location with plenty of seating and a closes off room from all the noise. Plus the staff greeted with smiles which is awesome to see at 530am. The best Caribou I've ever been to!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
I ordered 2 coffees in drive thru, I brought them home (3 minute drive) my mom took 3 sips of her coffee and said it tasted like “swamp water” I had to attend a work meeting and said I would bring them back after. When I got there I pulled in the drive thru- the associate let me know she needed to get approval from the GM I ended up deciding to wait inside, thinking no biggie. They kindly let me know that per their “policy” they can’t give me different drinks because I had left the building and “anyone could come back wanting free drinks” which I understand but TERRIBLE customer service blatantly saying no after I spent $10 on drinks. The GM should have said do it but let them know our policy. Just terrible customer service. I don’t recommend getting a pumpkin drink from this place or any drink if I’m being honest. I will not being going back and will recommend my friends and family don’t visit.
Don't know much about the food, but I absolutely love the coolers, with extra espresso. The baristas are so sweet. It is a very busy place at times. They do a good job of keeping the drive thru moving along.
Always friendly and very willing to make your visit smooth and appreciated!
