An absolutely breathtaking atmosphere, pizzeria of top notch worth . Amazing friendly staff ,hosts ,waiters waitresses bartenders, cooks chefs ,and they have pull tabs !!! A must stop in in Rosemount, fantastic pizzas ,amazing mouth watering appetizers ,a mind blowing regular menu , lunch specials . And an bussing HAPPY HOUR ... phenomenal spirts ,cocktails ,as well as drafts ,and N/a list FAMILY friendly, community backed local establishment . I highly recommend

This is the best pizza and Carbone’s Location in Minnesota no cap! Always fresh, never have to order extra sauce or cheese, It’s perfection and the tacos are decent too! Just don’t get the chicken wings. It’s not flavorful but they’re a big size and it’s a lot of wings. You’ll have to season them yourself tho.

Reminded me of chuckie cheese’s pizza. Rubbery texture. Cheap cheese. Didn’t have any toppings. Honestly won’t come back. The Alfredo was ok. The rest not so good. Don’t get the thin crust.

Poor service, had to send food back twice and still not to satisfaction! Hot Dago Patty's were cold under hot sauce 2 times will " never" go back! Waste of time and money! Also had to go look for our waitress who was eating and had to wait while she was on her phone. Very poor service!

Carbone’s is one of my favorite restaurants. This location is much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. The waitstaff is efficient and just polite enough and most of the people that eat here look like James Hetfield from Metallica, which is awesome. You never know what you’ll get from a Carbone’s as far as food goes, but luckily, this location is delicious. I love me some Boneyard thin crust, boy. Mmmm mmm. The only bad thing to say about this Carbone’s is that they were playing high school hockey on every single television when there also happened to be a Timberwolves game on. Really? All the James Hetfields just want to watch children skate around in circles instead of witnessing chiseled, pro athletes competing at the highest level? That’s whack, Jack. Luckily, the food and the overall experience outweigh the poor television choices. Pro tip: before going here, try dressing like other members of Metallica just to see what happens.

The food is average to above-average. Service is good. The servers who just stand around could take notes from the ones who do not, and are constantly moving. "Time to lean, time to clean!"

After attending Good Times Park with my grandchildren we decided to opt for some pizza at Carbones! Parking was a little tough to find, but we were able to park for free! The pizza was delicious and even though it was nearly packed our server Izack was incredibly helpful and patient with the kids. I will definitely be returning soon!

Pizza was delicious and the kitchen was fast even though it was a busy time. Our server, Ariana, was very friendly and helpful.
