CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN. Swimming pool is a lie. It's not open. Dirty bed sheets, dirty blankets. Barely working air conditioner. No refrigerator. We had 2 nights reserved and took our loss. "No refunds". Also, no other customers there. We now know why.

We arrived, noticed pool was broke!!! Get in the room and it was nasty with stained towels, ants all over the bathroom, we got there on a Thursday, by Sat we cut our trip short and went home, on our way home I noticed big welts all over my body, yup you guessed it!! The damn place had bed bugs!!!! I guess you get what you paid for!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! There was 7 of us in one room (that’s why we booked at this place, 3 beds and a futon)! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! While we was there they had full time live in tenant who fault all the time! So bad the manager had to kick them out!! We are on vacation, not wanting to see all this drama. I went on vacation just to come home and be miserable with bites all over my legs, back and arms!! People do your research and look at the reviews, I sure wish I had!! Would have NEVER booked this place!!

This motel is a 1-star level motel, and considering that, it’s pretty reasonable. Room was clean, though there was minor water damage to bathroom outlets due to low quality ventilation. Staff was nice enough. Price was lowest around, which was great for visiting for the eclipse on a budget. For 1-2 nights, staying here is fine. Be out and about most of the day, come crash for the night, and then be on your way again. Close to shopping area and within 15 minutes from attractions around the Falls and Rainbow Bridge crossing to Canada.

My family and I went here, we discovered used tissue on windowsill, room hadn't been cleaned before we went, dirty bedsheets and dirty blankets, and dry urine on toilet (which could give us AIDS). We asked for a discount because of this and they said no. We left to go somewhere else

Well, I want to be honest this crazy expansive but No good at all No heat , you only get old dirt one towel , No hand cloth, No floor mats, nothing else only one towel, door old and broken, carpet dirty bathroom towel holder broken , I think health division or business hospitality need to do something, these people just bringing other countries way of living in the USA! No good at all!

Terrible place, no one should ever book this dump. They also scam my money, with this dirty, stinking place. The place is suitable for dead dogs. They should turn it into a funeral home. It not suitable for live human being. Please public do not ever book this garbage of a place. Even if it is free, DONT GO THERE EVER!!!!

Bed was full of bugs, the room was dirty, everything was dusty including the sheets. Went to a party for NYE and booked the motel because it was really close to the party. Got there at 2am, and at 4am, went and slept in the car with my wife and daughter because the bed was crawling with bugs. I think my pick-up was definetly worth the price and would highly recommend it! But if you were thinking about the motel, I hope what I wrote above discourages you from giving these people your money.
