Don't waste your money every person who checks in gets a different price if you don't book thru the sites. The husband and wife nag for money and wake you up early in am, the housekeeper was wanted for warrants and wasn't paying for her room so cops were constantly coming thru the perimeters. Acs don't work in most rooms and if you want hot water you better pray you get a room that has everything working. The husband sits in the office either watching TV, sleeping or watching every camera on site. Their rude unless your handing them money. They have their favorites and if they don't like you they'll do what they did to me claim there's a rental law and refuse me to pay for anymore nights and i have a child who is on disability. They just sprayed rooms for pests cause their housekeeper had 9 cats in her room that they had to break a window to get into the room and clean it out. Pool is hardly cleaned out so your swimming with dead bugs and whatever else is in the pool and sometimes you can't use the pool cause they'll lock it up. The wife hassled my kids for rent knowing I was at work. How are 2 kids going to pay??? Their in middle school!!! They want their money but hardly fix anything don't expect to get any laundry done cause dryer always breaks and if you hang your clothes to dry they take them down regardless if their wet or dry and throw them in a bag for them to start to mold and smell u til you claim your clothes that just vanished. Go anywhere but here they don't care if your room is up to health codes. We asked nu.erous times for our ac to be fixed and get told by the husband that we have to "deal with it" when the weather is 80+ out and you and ur guest wake up in pouring sweat....if you need something they'll leave the doors locked and not answer - SAVE YOUR CASH AND GO TO ANY OTHER HOTEL <if you have kids the pineapple inn has bunk beds and better rates colonies of williamsburg is wayyyyy cheaper than this place and you get your own kitchen and laundry with all your needs and 24/7 workers incase anyone needs something....VV Resorts in around the corner from the Colonies and both have way better pools with slides and you don't have to worry bout a nonworking ac or cops patrolling cause of drama other resorts everyone pays the same amount unless their on Social services these people don't care not kid friendly at all and lastly the husband gives different prices out than what the wife does neither of em communicate or you may get their daughter who works and she has no clue what's goin on as well

Clean … it’s Motel style but very Quiet. Even the Frieght train comes through… But that didn’t bother me at all. They even have pool. Service was excellent

It appears that my review was deleted! BEWARE! Unauthorized use of credit card! They claim I stole towels that were never even in the room! Charged my card $40! They are actually stealing from the customer! They refuse to make it right!

It was a cheap place to stay for one night but nothing to long. Bed was super soft. The room was slightly small but still had a nice feel to it.

This is just such a lovely little place here in Colonial Williamsburg VA I just love the old 🗝️ 🔐 School 🗺️🗾🗾🗾🗾 Maps and the design of the building 🏫🏫🏫🏫🎒🎒🎒🎒 .I used to stay here Alot when I was just a little girl in 1981.Good Memories and the Owners that are just here from India I think 💬💬💬💬🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 are so very Nice people.Indian Spice 🫚 Palace Restaurant too our favorites.

Good place but my shower had no hot water kinda bummer not end of world.
