It's very tasty. Great selection of delicious seafood dishes. Great value. Very clean and modern. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Service was impeccable! The lady at the register was very knowledgeable of the menu and made suggestions that helped tremendously with our food order. There is plenty of adequate parking and several handicap spaces. Restroom was very large and easily accessible with a wheel chair. Food was cooked to perfection! Hot and delicious

Every time we hit Orlando, we have to make this location a must. Sampler platter enough for 2. Their platter rivals a pricey sit down for quality and portion. The counter service is always polite, deserves a huge bonus. One woman show today and she handled it with grace and poise. Recommend highly.

Trina took our order she was so sweet and welcoming brought our food to us, the place is clean the bathrooms are spotless the dining room area is super clean loved this place will definitely be coming back the food was super fresh and delicious. Thank you for your service I really liked this place, first time definitely won’t be my last.

We are here visiting Orlando from Las Vegas this week to attend the Disney Park. We don’t have a Captain D’s out West, only Long John Silver. Si we decided to stop at this Captain D’s to eat. This was one of the best fast food experiences that we had while in Orlando thus far. Eric the manager and Natasha were a delight. Natasha actually served us our food like at a sit down restaurant the customer service was amazing. She was very nice, pleasing, and very accommodating! ALL the food fresh, hot and delicious! We really enjoyed this experience we will definitely be going back anytime we visit Orlando!

The food is good and good prices. They have to train the majority of employees in customer service. They are all friendly, but they can improve. When you are eating you can hear the employees talking loudly. It's just that they can improve so that the experience of the diners is a pleasant one. God bless you and your family.

We have been to other Captain D's and loved them ❤️ This location was terrible. They couldn't get our order right. We wanted two 2 piece spicy fish. The fish they gave us one spicy one original, had been sitting for a while. It was oily and soggy. We ordered green beans and they were just canned beans, no meat or flavor to them, except salt. Everything had lots of extra salt. Even the soda machine is messed up. The soda comes out warm and is immediately watered down by melting the ice. They should either close this location or get trained staff to run it.

Bad customer service. Was not greeted when entered the restaurant nor when ready to order. Heard one of the employees yelling at a customer. Once received food, food was not as the picture shown and the hush puppies were over cooked. No seasoning on the vegetables and have to pay for extra sauce that was not told at the time of ordering. On top of that, prices were more expensive than what was shown online to order. Do not recommend!!!
