I've tried FOUR times to call them about my order. I ordered a 2 piece fish with 6 shrimp,fries,slaw. I received 2 piece fish,slaw and greenbeans !!!!!!! Lot of difference in price. NOBODY will answer or return my call.
The food was great, the customer service was on point give them 5 stars cause everything was real good...
Horrible . Pulled up to the drive thru at 10 45pm. Asked the manager on duty to make sure all of my food was fresh and hot. It was not. It was old , refried, burnt . I'm very unhappy. And I spent almost 40.00. I will be there first thing to get my refund. !
Fish was excellent and so we're the fries/chips. I have frequented this location MANY times over the last 20 years and have never had bad food nor service.
The food is usually excellent. My family and I eat there often. The restaurant was way under staffed, and we I tried to get a to go box and some more tea I was pretty much ignored.
The food was hot and delicious. We waited a very long time, but thankfully it was worth the wait It is hard to leave feedback on atmosphere when using drive up.
Horrible! Almost 20 mins ago I was served the crumbs from every fish made. I do no appreciate how messed up my order was. No hushpuppies no okra. Just extra fries with my fish and shrimp. Oh! And the crumbs at the bottom of my place. NEVER AGAIN
Our fish and shrimp was cooked to long. Crust was very hard!! Also tasted like old oil. My bill wasn't cheap to get this kind of food.
What a great store that we totally found by accident. We were going to Savannah Georgia from FDR state park and it was on the way. Of course they have pecans, ice cream and a ton of other stuff. I highly recommend you stop there as we did They are al
