Took a friend to lunch. She was on a walker. Waited for handicapped parking space to open. There is large step up on one side and ramp on other. Open space was at large step. As I tried to maneuver the walker, a store employee rushed out to help me. And she held the doors for me to get through with my friend. I'm thankful that there are still people who have respect and care for the elderly. Food was very good. Thank you for a wonderful visit and the special treatment.
As the only "fish" place in town. Honestly, for the good quality and speed of service, I'd have been better off just catching a fish myself from the nasty nolichucky and cooking it in the parking lot. It would have been faster and would have had less of a gritty trash taste.
The staff and kitchen pros are very cordial. The food is consistently great. I enjoy stopping in for lunch or dinner when I am in Greeneville. No complaints.
I had to repeat my order a couple times, but that's not the issue. The fish , fried okra, and especially the stuffed crabs were burnt. It's usually a great place and everyone makes mistakes occasionally.

How in the world could any worker miss bagging this up? Both half's of the buns were burnt!
If your hungry and wanting fast service from the Drive Thru. Don't ever use this Drive-Thru. Guaranteed a 30 minute wait on week days.
The crew were very friendly and helpful.
They also were hard working. I watched as I was there. There was someone constantly cleaning and wiping down surfaces.
Though this was a typical Captain "D" 's the crew made it so much more.
Why is Captain Ds now cutting their fish in half lengthwise, frying it seperately, and calling that a two piece meal? I am a nurse, worked a 12 hour shift, sat in line FOR 30 MINUTES, (with only two cars in front of me.), paid for a two piece meal, and got really a one piece meal and i'm still hungry lol. This is the second time in two weeks this has happened, thought the first time was a fluke.

Love Pelicans! They have the best snow cones or cups. Really nice staff and patient with kids and undecided adults too. The Mounds flavor has been a favorite this summer.

First time eating at their new location...loved it! Great brisket and pulled pork and yummy sides as always. Terrific system of two walk-up windows and a cozy little enclosed patio to eat in.
Great trail that I will definitely take friends back to!
The parking area is large, with plenty of spots to park.
The trail is very easy to follow. Once you get to the end of the wide forest road trail there is a trailhead sign and information board
A warm, welcoming down-home restaurant. The staff will make you feel like old friends. Amy's seem to be a local favorite. The food is tasty and served in ample portions. The meals are inexpensive. I'm glad we found this place.
The play we attended, A Tuna Christmas put on by the Greeneville Theater Guild, was a fabulous example of the wide range of entertainment scheduled at this theater!
