Great place to eat our food was brought to the table as soon as we sat down. The same lady has served us the last 3 times we came to town to eat there. She is wonderful the receipt shows her name as Tina. Hands down the best service in town.
This is definitely a zero star place. Last 3 times I went the food, service, and cleanliness was very bad. Yes, I give chances but this was my last time. Wrong order. Fries cold. Hush puppies cold and mushy. Long-haired cook not wearing hair net. No gloves. Some teenager in plain clothes kept walking back and forth from kitchen to outside. Bought two $5.99 meals and two small drinks. Total $20.00. The small drinks are $3 each. Went straight to table to sit down. Had to wipe it off myself and before I could sit the food was there. Inedible of course. If you don't care about the smell of sour mop water, low food quality, or your health. Then you should fit right in here. Plenty of parking since we were only ones there at lunch time. I tried to eat it but couldn't. Niether could the company I had with me. This will be my last review for this place.
I'm usually not a fan of Cap Ds but I had a friend tell me that this was different. With saying that, it was definitely DIFFERENT. One of the cleanest Captain D's I've ever seen and overall cleanest restaurants in general. Food was great too. Thanks to the management!
Drive thru was very slow. Was asked to wait several times with no other cars in line before ordering. Then once we received our drinks the worker wasn’t sure who’s or what was what. SMH. Sat in line waiting for food for 20 mins. Not sure how the manager operates this facility but not typical fast food drive through service.
Very similar to Long John Silver's. Ordered the original and spicy fish. Really good flavor on both. Eat mine soaked in malt vinegar 😊

This was the 1st time I've been here, and I can't believe what I've been missing. The customer service was amazing, the food was cooked fresh to order, and it was delivered to the table hot and delicious. I highly recommend Captain D's if you're looking for a quick bite or a casual family dinner out. The dining area is clean, new, or updated with ample seating and easy access to condiments.
I Love Captain D’s with a passion. My favorite is the Pollock fish. I’m a fan of their hush puppies and okra also. I tried the Gumbo and it tastes great but I think it’s overly priced for the portion they serve especially when there’s not much meat inside it. I won’t order the Gumbo again.

Love their white mocha frappe! Every time I go through Waycross, I always stop here and get myself a treat! There's usually a wait even with 2 drive thru windows, but it's worth the wait!
