Was a very sloppy mass in the food was no good. Save yourself some time and go to another place. And save your money. The quality of this restaurant has gone down the Hill extremely long waits and terrible food terrible service. It was so bad that they're macaroni. And cheese look like a big Mac and cheese soup. It was all over the bag and then they charged me for a large cup of ice for $3.69. I'll never go back there again.
Now I've picked up orders from this restaurant before for my job and the crew is very pleasant and happy to be there the restaurant smells wonderful so I decided to try the food I got the deluxe seafood platter spicy! Wow that is some flavor this food is really really good i also got coleslaw and it's alright I like to add salt and pepper so by itself it's alright if I didn't have salt and pepper now the other side is broccoli and it is not looking too great some of them are burned and it's very wiggly but back to the best seafood I've had in a while tasted some crab cakes and -chefs kiss- the shrimp is very sweet crunchy I put tartar on everything so it balances very well overall really good food thank you
Make sure that you check your order before you leave. How minimal and skimpy with the fries, and no crumbles with the fish, for the 5.99 meal. The cashier at the drive-thru window was very nice but now I feel she was being sarcastic with how friendly she was. I normally come here every few weeks for what is normally a decent meal and good service, but this visit has been very disappointing.
I used to LOVE going to Captain D's with my Mama and Grandparents growing up. It's been over a decade since I'd been, and this place didn't disappoint! Food tasted great, exactly as I remembered it (which is saying a lot because so many things aren't the same since the pandemic), staff was surprisingly friendly, and can't wait to go back!
Worst experience. First they gave our food away to the wrong table. There was literally two tables in the lobby, one with our party of three, the other, that arrived more than 10 mins after we ordered of 6 people. So it was obvious who the 3 entree order was meant for. Then they remade every single part of the order wrong and completely left out the soup we ordered. Sat for nearly 45 mins in a dead restaurant waiting for the food. Food was barely warm. My fish was rubbery. Soup, which we had to ask for 3x was microwaved and not even a full container. Manager said so sorry after he delivered the food to us for the 3rd time. Bathrooms were a mess. Tables sticky. The table that got our food by mistake- their food never came out at all and at the time we left the restaurant, they were arguing just to get their original order. This was beyond ridiculous.
Staff is great. Very friendly and upbeat. The food fresh and very tasty. I highly recommend the potato soup. This was the first time we had it here and we were pleasantly surprised.
The drive through worker was extremely pleasant. Not sure of her name but she has dreadlocks. Food was underwhelming and not that hot or fresh tasting. The staff was amazing but the food quality was very disappointing.
I go here for the food which is great. The prices are decent as well. But, the service isnt. 5 times I have put in online orders and NEVER has it been ready ontime. The most recent trip I only had to wait an extra 10 minutes, usually its 15-20. This visit was especially bad because the employee in the back was talking loudly on his telephone to someone. He was cussing and using racial slurs, n... this and n..that. I dont get offended by this but if you are triggered by this or dont like to wait then dont do here.
Iâve not been able to find haddock, which Iâve loved since childhood, until coming here. There were four of us and we spent $91. The Haddock was delicious, the red potato so soft that one didnât need a knife. The onion rings were homemade and a
So much fun for for a 10th birthday party! When you book a party, you get the whole space to yourself for 2 hours. Communication was excellent leading up to the party and the awesome owner Kelsey was on-site to assist. The common area is really coo
Wow. This place is pretty cool. I took my kids here last night and we had so much fun, they didnt want to leave. We met the owners Tony and Angel they are really cool and played some games with my kids. They do sell a few drinks and snacks. We loved
Santorini is a GEM. The service, food, and atmosphere are wonderful. After strolling around downtown Deland, and visiting the great shops, we enjoyed a delightful meal.
We ordered their whole fish special, and it was delicate and light. The roaste
Best place to watch stetson play ball. Clean concessions and even cleaner bathrooms. Seats are far enough apart to have enough space for taller people.
This is where I eat when in DeLand. Ribs, pork chops, meatloaf are all excellent. Prices are reasonable especially considering the portions. People there are friendly and welcoming. Do yourself a favor and eat here. You will not regret it.
I fell in love with frozen custard almost 10 years ago and I get SO excited when I find a custard (instead of an ice cream) shop! Iâve gone to whits more times than Iâd like to admit over the last year since I moved back to the area and I always
