We booked a standard room in the main building called "Grand Bahamas" The week days are nice and quiet but if you need a quiet place on the weekend the DJ music at the bar and dance area is booming loud, and can be heard in your room. This being a party resort this was to be expected, I just want others to know so they are not put off unexpectedly. The rooms are relaxing with comfortable beds. They have microwave, mini fridge, dresser and open closet. The shower is easy to get in but the curtains do not prevent water from accumulating on the bathroom floor. The bathroom counter had lots of room, including drawers to store items in. Tip to anyone staying in a place that takes a deposit in case of damage, take video or pictures the second you get in the room and time stamp it so you can tell the front desk you did not do that damage.

Our last minute decision was meant to be. We had the best treatment for our last stop on our anniversary junket. Danielle and Michelle at the front desk were amazing, so friendly and went above our expectations. To Our surprise, the Tropical Chillers were playing and their groupies were fun, even through the rain. Our river cruise was a surprise, and enjoyable with Josh narrating and Capt Libby. He was funny and interesting and she was fierce navigating a 15 min storm and winds docking. See you again Capt Hiram’s. Thanks to all for the perfect memories.

Please keep this hidden treasure to yourself! From the very first visit, I was captivated, and we have returned twice a year for many years. Located along the Indian River and just ten minutes from the beach, it offers a delightful pool and various amenities, particularly the SandBar Band Shell area. The food is excellent, and although service may be a bit slow during busy times, we embrace the relaxed island atmosphere. The entertainment is outstanding, and the drinks are plentiful. However, exercise caution with the voodoo bucket; it is not to be underestimated! The staff consistently provides exceptional service and is very accommodating. The rooms have been recently updated, offering ample space, cleanliness, and comfort. The prices are quite reasonable, and I appreciate the convenience of having everything in one location. You can park your car and enjoy the freedom of going barefoot! It is a short walk to numerous bars, restaurants, parks, and tennis courts. There are plenty of activities available, from boating and kayaking to biking, or simply relaxing in a chair with a good book while soaking up the sun and enjoying the cool breezes with your feet in the sand, perfect for people-watching! Looking forward to seeing everyone in September!

We were there for a wedding, which was fantastic. The service was great. Food was awesome. The state was fantastic. We are definitely planning to go back and maybe make it a once or twice a year trip. The staff at the bars and the staff in the ballroom amazing food was amazing. I highly recommend staying there for at least a weekend.

Fantastic resort. Room and pool very clean and well maintained. Entertainment and food were excellent as well. “Fun” package well worth it. Resort is in the middle of the entertainment section of Sebastian/Barefoot Bay. Drinks are great even the well drinks-try the CRUSH. Look for Gavin-bartender extraordinaire- knowledgeable and engaging. Overall highly recommended this resort-lots of fun!

Very nice room, great view. Super friendly staff. Got surprised by a contractor who indicated we could stay at house during renovation, not the case. Called got a room Labor day, comped a river view upgrade. Would definitely stay again and will be recommending to family and friends.

Second time we’ve stayed here. First time was for business earlier this year and in season. So glad we came back for pleasure off season. It’s been a complete mental reset for us. Island vibe, great food and drinks both here and nearby, Really nice attention to detail. Kayaking was a lot of fun exploring the nearby islands. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are grounds were very clean. Will be back!!

I've been going to Hiram's for years, and have always found it a good go to for bar food and music. The past few years, the service and food quality has deteriorated dramatically. The experience we had this weekend was definitely subpar. I ordered the dirty oysters, which I've had dozens of times over numbers of years, and the presentation and quality were well below what I was used to. I asked to see a manager, and he took a look at the food presentation and said, yes, it doesn't look very good. He offered to have them remake it, but I told him not to bother, and he left. I told him I just wanted to make him aware of it. He never did anything else, and never came back. Didn't offer us dessert, or to comp anything. Very disappointing. We will not be back.
