Capri Suites Anaheim - Hotel in Anaheim - 2141 S Harbor Blvd, USA

This is our second time staying at the Capri Suites, and again they have delivered excellent service. We stayed here for a week and it was a great experience. I would like to give a very special Thank you to Margarita! Every morning she was so delightful and helped us by serving us our breakfast. She was so amazing that we immediately recognized her from the year prior. She played a huge part of making this place feel like home. The front desk was amazing and helped us extend our stay with ease. Overall this place is totally worth it and I would recommend everyone to stay here.

We were pleased with our experience here! Clean rooms, good breakfast. Our tv wasn’t working on the first night of our stay, and we appreciated the quick fix the very next morning! Good customer service. Price was reasonable, especially considering the close proximity to Disneyland. We will definitely be returning!

Came here earlier this month for 2 nights with my partner to visit Disneyland. Upon arrival they requested 100 security deposit for the room which I was more than happy to pay. I have since emailed them and messaged them about still not receiving my deposit back, with no response. There has been absolutely no communication from their end and it is ridiculous to hold someone’s money like this… I have also tried calling them and have been hung up on..

My family and I decided to book a room here so we could visit Disneyland. First time staying here. I have to say was probably not the best of rooms. First night we found a cockroach by the shower. Didn’t think to much on it because it was late and we were tired. The second night we found another! We didn’t immediately report it right away because it only happened at night when we came back to the room and it was late. I figured the best they could do was switch rooms. I had young children who were tired from a long day at Disney that there wasn’t much the hotel could do to fix the problem. On the 3rd day I notified the front desk. They were nice about it and told us to contact the booking site since we did it through a 3rd party. Not much was done other than getting a refund on parking and some extra point on Expedia. I hope the hotel does something about it though. I wouldn’t want to stay somewhere where there’s bugs. Or have anyone else experience that. The pool is small and cold. We noticed it was merky water in the pool. The hot tub was hot and nice. The food was ok, nothing special but staff was nice and friendly.

According to the website, they guarantee price match if you call and book with them directly. So, I called directly and the first girl that I got gave me the run-around, tried to charge me more than was advertised and then, upon agreeing match the price, sent me a confirmation with a higher price. I called back the next day to speak to a manager and the girl that I spoke to gave me the runaround again and couldn't even guarantee that the manager would call me back the same day. When the manager called me back, she said she had spoken to the two girls and that I was rude. The manager then said she could just cancel my reservation at no charge. When I agreed, she then hung up on me. However, she did immediately send me a cancellation. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a motel.

The experience was better than expected when arriving . Elevator pretty antique but it works . The room was decent and pretty big with a lil living room . That was a pretty cool feature . Good service as well . Tight parking though .

First time going to Disneyland,And my first & last time staying at Capri suites.very very very very very disappointed.. we flew in from the Bay area all had brand new socks within 30 minutes all of are shocks was super filthy. had to throw them away. price IS ONLY FOR "LOCATION" I would rather stay a lot further away pay the same price for a good suite.. I'm not sure how the reviews for 8.5 on booking

Honestly hate to have to write reviews like this. Breakfast was a couple minutes closed, guy told me I should be able to go in and grab something. so I walked in and Mexican cleaning lady starts yelling at me. felt racially oppressed by the Mexican woman working because I was white. I know you don’t get much reviews because your allowed to be rude to white people but I’m sick of it. They have to watch the way they treat people paying a lot of money to stay in hotels like this.
