Perfectly located at the end of the strip. Really close to food spots and convenience store. Lots of foot traffic being it across from the University. Decent prices and clean sheets. The shower is real small and definitely not handicap accessible. The floor was very slippery and confined. The carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced and beds could be shampooed as well. I didn't like the fact that the door was obviously broken into more then once but they were all like that. The trim should be replaced for Tennant safety. Pet friendly location. No bugs seen. Quiet getaway.
I lived there for.. let's just say a long time! Everyone minds their own business but are nice enough to say hello and carry a quick and civilized conversation. The staff is friendly and prompt with any concerns/ needs. It's a 30+ year old motel and everything that entails. The area is surprisingly safe but can be very college at times. If you need a place to sleep and/ or build credit this is your jam. If you are looking for the four seasons- you should also be smart enough to know what a Motel is compared to a Hotel. 4 stars? One for each wall and a thumbs up for the roof. If you know what the word Motel means in relation to Hotel... Totally your jam. Recommended for short or extended stays.
A little shabby motel not worth the $60. We paid. Tip, Wear slippers or flip flops. The other places were eather out of rooms or too expensive. This place could be better. The lady was nice but this is not my cup of tea just saying.
Most disgusting, worst place ever! Original pillows from the 1800's, with 100+years of stations and bodily fluids. Door didn't shut. There must have been 5 signs that said absolutely no refunds. That should have been my warning. Cigarette burns in the curtain were covered with blue tape. The room stay doesn't come with a continental breakfast but should come with a blood test kit.
Nice people run it. Old but up keep is done. All smoking rooms though, so not for non smokers. Great access to downtown Reno. 3 blokes to casinos.
I love this place everyone is so nice especially the management. They are the sweetest kindest couple and keep the place cleaned up and stress free.
Bad service , I called to check for availability and the guy was rude and hung up in my face , so I called back and he told me to go to hell and hung up again , so I called back to speak w the manager and she said , well yes he already told you the answer to the question and had a bad attitude , I don't care what he told me I was still speaking and had other questions . TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! they need to learn some respect like we not in the same state , and act like I cant come to that motel in person ! Very rude people if I can give y'all a ZERO I would .
It's 102 outside, gotta be 80 inside you can't cool off I'm already .suf suffer from heat stress, hope it don't turn into stoke, turn on the AC please
Best coffee shop in Reno! Fantastic local spot with great service and even better coffee. My wife and I just got back from Italy where coffee is so much apart of the culture and coming here felt like we never left! You can tell the owner Graeson goes
