If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would but I had to give them one just to post. I came through tonight to get a room for me and my two kids..and I asked him if he would rent me a room for week..he says he doesn't do that..I have two friend that stay here and have been here for months now...I am homeless and need the cheapest deal...the owner guy did not treat me as family as other reviews say..he then asked who was all with me...it was only me at the time...so he refused my weekly inquiry..so then I asked about nightly and he then says he don't want to rent to me...I work every day I don't do drugs and I'm clean cut for him to treat me as if I was less then him...the attitude he gave me was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL..he should not be so shifty when he run this piece of shift hole..I'm super low on funds or trust me u wouldn't have resorted to this place EVER,but I was trying to get a place for me and my kids..to the owner guy you should really work on ur customer service skills a******!

Just a quick place to rest. Everything is old in it people screaming middle of the night. Just a good place to go if you can't afford expensive motel and don't need credit card or deposit.

It was not even worth one star. Place was old and run down. The slumlord that runs the place ( doesn't run anything ) is RUDE and arrogant. The hot water did not work. Not even warm. How are people who live there by the week supposed to clean themselves ???? Absolute horrible establishment. Should be razed and the owner sent packing. Do not stay there ever, I don't care how cheap it is. Seriously Ever

To start Off very rude service In the Room it was very outdated and not worth the price at all with or without a deposit there is no way under any circumstances should it look that bad not to mention the fact that the heater did not work and it was beginning to get 12ﾟ outside there is not very much access and very poorly kept. And also the manager of the residence is very rude and makes you feel uncomfortable.

Nice place for the money just wish they had more rooms... Other than that you get what you pay for... So really can't complain...it's better than staying outside...

It was nicer than I expected quiet safe I never thought it would be that pleasant but it was very comfortable

Cheap rooms, could of been cleaner but acceptable. Friendly staff. No issues. Everything worked. Small room. Great price. $10 deposit. I'd stay again....

The owners and staff are helpful. Rooms could use some updating especially the carpet for all their clean no bugs. Best part about the place, Walmart is right there.
