BED BUG beware! This place is infested! My mom stayed there very short term and became totally infected. They are so hard to treat and incredibly expensive. They didn’t even give a full refund and denied there being a problem stating there was in the past but was taken care of. They were crawling on the walls and the counters and the closets once you started looking for them.
Checked into the room 2 weeks ago. The room was dirty. Trash and food under the bed, looked like someone checked out of the room months ago and hadn't been rented since but then was just quickly walked through and cleaned to rent it really fast. There was no towels or toilet paper in the bathroom and the bathroom was dirty. I had to clean the room the day of check in for us to be able to stay in it comfortably. There was no TV which isn't a huge deal, the manager dis give me his TV after a couple of days but there is no AC unit that works properly for the room. On week 2 and still waiting for the ac unit. We are having to use ice and another guest's fan to get somewhat of a cold draft in the room. Very unhappy with the stay this time around vs. 3 years ago. Paying almost 400 for the week and we Dont even have a working AC unit.
This was if not the worst place I have ever stayed. Of course I understand there was no more extended stays available so beggers can't be choosers but I have definitely learned my lesson. No hot water in my room and the water I did have came out so slow I was forced to shower in cold. My sink was clogged, the carpet gave me some sort of foot infection, my restroom door was on one hinge so imagine opening and closing that. After speaking with management I was told that was the only room available and well had to toughin it up and make due. Horrible experience yet reality check. Sure was humbling.
The hotel itself was the cheapest in the Twin Falls area, and conveniently located to pretty much everything you might need. The people managing the place were super nice folks, very personable and down-to-earth. They were even nice enough to allow us to check in a little early since we had been driving nearly 20 hours and were dangerously tired. The room i was in had a mini fridge, microwave, tv, writing desk, table and 2 chairs. The bed was queen size, and comfortable enough to sleep on soundly. Unfortunately, that's where the positive ends. The pillows were pretty sad and thin, the door was missing the chain for the chain lock, there was a gap between the bottom of the the door and the floor (weather stripping would solve that pretty easily), the floors had not been swept (which, to be honest, could very likely be chalked up to them checking me in before the usual time and so before someone could go in and clean), and the room had quite the ant problem. Black ants, some with wings. I couldn't even stay the whole night, we wound up leaving as soon as we woke up. The people were super sweet, i wish i could have liked the room as much as i liked them. I really hope it was just a one-time thing, but i highly recommend double checking that there are no ants if you rent a room here. Everything else, well you get what you pay for.
Not sure about the rooms or condition. The couple who run the place are not sweet as implied in another review. For some reason the man came into my daughter's room twice without cause, told her they had 30 to get out. Told them they were late for rent while they were in fact 9 days away. Horrible experience. They had also had covid. Heartless
I am very comfortable here as a long-time guest. The room is small and the rent a little high, but it is quiet and clean. The manager and his wife are very friendly and nice. It's a little noisy with Kimberly Blvd.right there but nothing instrusive.
Stayed just one night here to visit Shoshone Falls as we travelled from Utah to Seattle. My husband and I have been traveling across the country, visiting with family and friends and occasionally staying at a hotel or motel. We found hotels in general to be quite expensive in Twin Falls. Capri Hotel was the cheapest we found in this area. The lady who checked us in was very pleasant but was not aware that there's a tourist information office in town. The location of this motel is not on the main drag of town but felt safe enough. The room was clean, although the bathroom had a bit of mold in the corners of the tile grout. Beds were a bit soft, but OK. The garbage truck woke us up about 6 am. We heard a couple of trains go by in the evening and one in the morning. We did not hear any trains during the night, but they were not extremely loud, and we are pretty sound sleepers. Overall, this was an OK place to stay - not great, but it served its purpose as a reasonably priced room for the night.
I needed a place for two nights, but did'n't make that totally clear while checking in. When I didn't check out the next morning, housekeeping moved my things to a storage area. That evening I went to my room and found my things missing. i went to the front desk asking what is going on? I was not happy, but knew I was partially to blame. They assigned me a different room and I was okay with that. Then I realized that while moving or storing my things someone took my leather shaving kit bag from my luggage. They left me the contents, but the bag was gone, as was my cell phone charger! Someone should be fired! A nice older couple run this place, and they are okay. This is one step above sleeping in your car.
Believe me when I say DON'T BUY A HOT TUB FROM ANYPLACE ELSE WITHOUT TALKING TO BRADY'S FIRST! Aaron educated us on the differences between brands and was not a pushy salesman. He was very patient with all of our questions and didn't even seem bother
