The housekeeper was rude and disrespectful and professional she refused to clean my room for me that I had to rent it he made me wait till she got off work at 8:00 p.m. before she would even give me towels or toilet paper she would not even come clean the room up she was very unprofessional and honestly I really believe that her boss would be better off and his business would be better off if she was fired because she refuses to do her job I mean what the f*** is he paying her to do meaning am I wrong for saying that I think she should be fired because she refuses to do what she's paid to do and I sit and have to come rent a room at a motel and have to clean up my own room and have to wait till after 8:00 p.m. when the housekeeping lady gets off work before I can even get my towels in my toilet paper no one of our rent a room at a motel should be able to come and relax and not have to clean up my room or have to ask the housekeeping lady from towels and toilet paper and for her to come clean the room up I should not have to be made to wait till after 8:00 p.m. when the housekeeping lady gets off work before I can even get towels or toilet paper that's f***** up and unprofessional

Really 0 stars .. Wouldn't recommend this place to my fur baby . Much less people . Bad dirty.. not friendly at all.. Roaches 🪳🪳🪳 in the room outside too.. No microwave fridge nothing . Dresser's are nasty inside and out . Should of took pictures. Didn't stay long left before daylight. Couldn't sleep bed sheets awful.. Tried to get my money back.. NO LUCK.. that's okay . Never will see me there again..

Rude manager, filthy floors, missing tiles, exposed wiring, torn sheet, broken furniture, no fridge or microwave, no hand towel or wash cloth. Had to stay ... too tired to drive further but would have been better sleeping in my car. Place should be condemned by health department.

The rooms aren't huge, but they're comfortable. The head-man, the owner, is very earnestly reasonable about his pricing. He's been very kind with his treatment of my family (Myself and my Cat) and his tolerance of myself, constantly forgetting my keys in the room. Stayed here for over two months.

They place is a place to sleep when you live out of town,low on money,and to shower!!!

This motel advertises $39.99 as the standard rate. But they also charge a $5 key deposit bringing your total to $50. Their sign also mentions continental breakfast, which isn't available. My room had no phone, but I was able to obtain one from the front desk. A trash can and basic toiletries were missing as well. Once I decided to call it a night, I noticed there was only 1 actual pillow, the second was a throw pillow from who knows where. The fluorescent light above the bed was somehow clinging to the fixture, and when I attempted to properly install the bulb, I noticed sparking. There was no way to lock the door from the inside, which I find to be a potential danger considering my toddler was able to open the door with little effort. And the door handle itself was just a complete wreck. You could see completely outside the room. It was below freezing for overnight temperature and the heater continuously shut off, only blowing cool air for a short time. The bathtub was disgusting and all fixtures were falling off completely. Dresser drawers were broken and falling to the floor if touched at all. Side table drawer was missing completely. If I weren't in a situation to be needing somewhere at the immediate moment, I would have never paid to stay here. Rent here at your own risk Pictures are included

Been there a few different times. Each time was terrible. It's super cheap. The owner is as rude as can be. Roaches, bedbugs, spiders. The headboard fell off on us one time. Dressers are broken down. Some rooms have the microwave/fridge and some don't. Bathrooms are terrible. I felt like I needed a shower after being there for one night.

I have stayed at several hotels and motels over the past 50 years and I have never seen one in worst condition. The owner did not care what I had to say and could care less. When I walked in the room, there were roaches crawling in the bathroom. Also, the TV did not work and the drawers were all taken out. The owner refused to refund my money. I tried to sleep but I was afraid that something would crawl on me in the middle of the night. The whole place should be condemned and I do not believe that the Benton Chamber of Commerce allows this place to stay open. The whole building needs to be demolished. There was also no breakfast. I should have driven a few more miles into LIttle Rock to get a decent room. Is not worth the money. Stay away.
