Shocking expensive for what it is. 11 bucks for grilled cheese? 14 bucks for pancakes? 18 bucks for a sallied? My burger and fries was almost twenty bucks and the fries were frozen grocery store grade. The burger was okay but nothing special. My wife said the chicken on the salad was good but the salad it’s self was bag grade. For a slightly run down dinner the whole thing seems nuts
I have driven past this place plenty of times and never stopped to eat here. After hearing people I know rave about the food, I had to go and see for myself. I had one of the American Classics, two eggs with hash browns and a side of bacon and salsa, which was delicious, homemade salsa. The coffee was delicious, and service was also good. I will definitely come back and try the lunch ad dinner menus as well. Check them out. They are located on 41st Ave in Capitola across from the mall.
We went to the diner as a work related outing for some of our elderly residents. We all had a great time over there. The food was tasty and filling. They all enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the sizes of their orders. The Vanilla shakes were perfect too.
1st time here and absolutely will be back!! Denver skillet was delicious! Service is great with friendly servers and always on top of the table if you need anything. The fresh orange juice is bomb!! I love the fact is 100% natural!!
Ordered a BLT with avocado and it was all black and rotten the waitress said I was being picky and was rude about it. I will never return as that was unacceptable! I should have made her eat it. I wish I can rate no stars! There was one server (Female) another server (Male) and another bar server (Female) . The female server that was serving for the restaurant and not the bar was very rude, even after I showed her she said they can remove the bad part and serve to me again and walked away rude and handed my bill to me after I said that I don't want anything after all. $37.00 for one cup of bean soup, bowl of Clam Chowder, fries and two cokes. I am a local and its sad because I liked eating there as the staff has always been friendly. She might be new but she lost my business and I will let others know. I paid with cash that I left on the table with a tip because I didn't want to deal with her again at the register.
The telltale signs of a California businesses being squeezed to death by owners pinching pennies to maximize profit. The lights are off, the coffee is weak, the cheese is cheap, they use margarine not butter, busser is the waiter is the janitor is the manager is the immigrant the owner wants to build the wall to keep underpaid. I took a local homeless lady to breakfast and for a grilled cheese sandwich it was 10 dollars, rubbery two egg breakfast with no meat, white slimy hashed browns, and two slices of toast 12 dollars, and watery coffee 250. 30 dollars including tip for less than two whole breakfasts is a ripoff and unAmerican. Again and again the property and business owners would rather raise rent and turn the lights off and operate a facade of a business than scale down their profit expectations and support their employees and customers. Heaven forbid we have breakfast equity.
GREAT food and great service!!! We are so incredibly happy we chose this place to have breakfast. Their food is delicious and flavorful, look no more, stop here!
Sad sad place. Smell of raw sewage permeates the whole place, it’s especially bad near the kitchen and bathrooms. Honestly, disgusting, horrible food, tables are dirty, the whole place is dirty. Feeling bad for wait staff that is working here. Not sure why I even ordered any food here.. big mistake, waste of money and time. Do not recommend, stay away from this place.
Very good beer, nice staff, nice patio Despite being close to the highway, itâs very quiet on the patio (which has maybe ten tables). A choice of about ten beers on tap. We tried Pilsner, IPA and Porter. All good. Dogs welcome.
Beautiful stay. Just steps from downtown, yet private and romantic. Our room was spacious, clean and cozy; if thereâs something you need, just ask! Wonderful welcome from the owner & very accommodating staff. Breakfast was delicious. We will be ba
Vibrant coffee shop with tons of wonderful drinks. You're sure to find a flavor combo you like with so many delicious options. I got the Sicilian latte, many delicious flavors to get and combine with food and a colorful atmosphere. Definitely will be
Beautiful day at the beach!!! Very few people mostly walking dogs. Little breezy and sunny. Calm ocean. Few birds. Clean open restrooms. Beach itself is a bit different from last year. Winter storms took a third of the beach out and pushed the rest c
This place is amazing! We spent over 3 hours here and my son didn't get bored at all. They did a very good job at using every single space & turned each space into a different learning experience. I also appreciate them being apart of the all kids ca
This eatery feels open with bright pops of color defining its interior. The food came quickly. The tinga tacos were scrumptious! The combination of meat and sauces worked beautifully! The shrimp burrito was perfectly made, chewy and flavorful. The pi
Great place. Those colorful little houses give their own character to the beach. If you are lucky and you visit on a clear day you will relax under the soft touch of the sun. On the other hand if the ocean gets more tricky you will have the opportuni
Amazingly beautiful! The views are breathtaking. The rooms are spacious, clean and relaxing. 5 minute walk to the beach yet set in peaceful seclusion. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I love it. I would say it's definitely my favorite spot.
Super fun place to eat because there are so many options to try. The Marionberry pie was just sweet enough. Roasted tomato ficelle (clothespin thin, foot-long sandwich) was addicting to eat and gone in a flash. Line is long but well-managed by frien
