Service is extremely important to me. I don’t have to be first priority. I do want to feel attended to when it’s appropriate. Both the night attendant and the morning attendant were amazing people. The breakfast crew really set the mood for a great day. There’s always maintenance issues at every stay I go and there was no mini fridge or the score could’ve been higher. I gave it 5 stars because it really was an experience that I left wanting to return to for the same cost no hesitation. Thank you capital plaza for being my host and a special thanks to the crew for making my experience above and beyond :)

The front desk was awesome and very accommodating. when we get to our room, we saw half empty bottle of coffee drink some receipts and a quarter. I went down to the desk to see what was going on and Theresa took really good care of us. I really love the service she provided and the care she went into making sure things were right for our room. We took a moment to go to the bar and met Linda. Linda was super kind to make sure that we had the drink that we wanted and at the kitchen would be ready to prepare whatever we wanted to eat. Linda is amazing.

First I show up to check in and of course the elevator is broke again. No big deal I just walk into the front entrance. Check in was easy and pleasant. Thank you to Theresa for that. I got up at 10:30 the next morning to shower and go on about my day but had to take a cold shower . The water never even became Luke warm. I came back to the hotel after my long day out and proceeded to my room to find out that my room keys no longer worked. I had to return to the front desk to get new keys. At that time the receptionist mentioned how " this happens all the time". Finally got into my room and after a moment of relaxing I decided to try out the down stairs bar. Linda was great and did the best she could at taking care of me and the numerous other guest in attendance at the bar while she also had to run food up stairs for room service leaving us waiting for her return. Upon returning to my room that evening I ordered take out from a local restaurant and ate in my room.i went to put my left overs in the refrigerator and found old spoiled food which had been left. The was the end for me. I stay often here and pay your 20.00 service charge and 35.00/ night deposit without complaint. But now I'm just done. They leave water in the room u can purchase for 6.00 but pay no attention that maybe we would enjoy a hot shower more than a bottle of water we have to pay for. I would be more forgiving if this was the first time this has happened during my stay but it is not.

Friendly front desk staff. Reservation included breakfast however breakfast buffet was not available. Had to ask front desk staff and was j formed it's made to order and coupons were needed. Got the coupons and tried it the next morning. Was told only one option available for coupons which was the morning delight (eggs, toast, bacon, home fries, coffee or juice). That was fine but would have preferred the yogurt or oatmeal options listed on the menu. Stayed 5 nights, housekeeping did not come by until early morning on day of checkout. Had to ask for additional towels at the desk during stay. Room service is only available from 5:30pm to 9:30pm. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and water was hot. Mini fridge and microwave were in executive king suite. Room looks worn and aged. Location was good and close to restaurants.

We had a problem with our first room with water leaking from the ceiling due to condensation from the air conditioner, resulting in a large wet spot on the carpet near the bathroom. Maintenance was sent up immediately. We were concerned that we would not be able to get another room due to a large convention in town, but they were able to get us a new room. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

No mini fridge, bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were about the size of throw pillows. Then I'm notified that they charge a $10 fee after the fact, for the pool, the parking lot, and the garage, and so on. I won't go broke over $10. It's what it represents, just add it to the price of the room

There is much competition for hotels out there today. This hotel is in a great location for people traveling through. It was so disappointing. The rooms and amenities are dated, the air conditioning was broke, the pillows are the size of a throw pillow for a couch, sheets were extremely worn and wet feeling from the humidity of the room, and the smell of the room was very musty. I will not be staying again. I feel that money needs to be put in to this place for renovations and upgrades as it’s nice on the outside and in a great location.

Hotel was your average place, but I didn’t not appreciate the costumer service. I tried calling on 5 different occasions and asked to speak with the manager regarding our reservation. We were getting married the same time as check in and I wanted to discuss what options we had. When I would call, I would either get transferred then hung up on or they would “take my number” and I never received a call back. This added unnecessary stress to my wedding weekend.
