Capitol Inn & Suites Montgomery - Motel in Montgomery - 743 Madison Ave, USA

The rooms were clean, very comfortable. The service was good, and the location was ideal. The staff was helpful and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Good enough facilities available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

I suspect that many different types of felonies had been committed in that room. I don’t think I would recommend this place to Satan himself. I couldn’t tell you the last time a rag was as drug across any hard surfaces in that room. My only positive note would be I made friends with the roaches in the room they were friendly. I fear I may have contracted a minimum of 3 STD’s sleeping in the bed which had several hairs and DNA looking stains.

My stay at Capitol Inn and Suits was outstanding. Manager Jack was friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the amenities were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I was looking for somewhere to stay for my upcoming trip and after seeing the reviews, definitely won't even consider this useless trash excuse of a hotel. Thank you to all the people that rated this place honestly. Also, "Management" , people are looking. Those roach pictures makes y'all look disgusting!

Good rates, nice rooms , located right by downtown near the capital and historical spots. But the "regulars" are kind of skeptical. I had to get my room key fixed everyday as it kept locking me out. The website says check out is 11 but the phone call in the morning said I needed to be out at 10:30 ... Smh.

This was a very bad place don't recommend anyone stay here. Room wasn't clean, bed was hard. Bugs in the bath tub, the locks on door needed fixed and I had to do that myself . The TV didn't work very good. No ice or anything else. No breakfast. For the price you would think it would be better than this. I don't recommend this place to anyone just a terrible place to stay.

So I didn't stay here persay I made a "trip" here. I literally thought this Motel was closed down. Gives you the feeling of "apocolypse". It's random clothes outside the room doors on the air conditioner units so you can smell EVERYTHING. Upon making my delivery, several doors opened thinking I was either looking for drugs or soliciting "other services". There is nothing anybody that chooses a room here could sell me. I'd rather sleep at the City Jail a block up.

I would leave zero stars if possible. New owners of this hotel unimpressed by my complaints that sink and bathtub were dirty, bed looked rumpled, outlet by sink doesn't work. New fixtures and all yes but doesn't matter if room isn't clean. They went up in price too. Convenience to downtown not worth staying in a substandard hotel.
