Good front desk people. Chanika is really helpful and gives necessary information. The maintenance guys need to step up more on their response time for service requests.

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Capital Hill office staff. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. I intend to continue renting from Capital Hill for the remainder of my years in LR, AR. I strongly recommend their property to all my friend that’s looking for an apartment.

Had a great time staying at these apartments. The Ladies upfront are doing a phenomenal job, always organising events to make apartment living feel like a community. The neighbourhood is safe and always kept clean.

Highly satisfied with my stay so far at the apts. i have no complaints at all. The staff in office and maintenance do a wonderful job keeping this place up to part. They correspond well through email. And the new paint job on the complex looks absolutely amazing. Will be here for a while.

My Mom is elderly and she had an issue with her lights blinking off and on once she turned on the light switch. This was happening for a week so I put in a request and maintenance came the very next day and fixed the problem !

The maintenance man did an amazing job. We have young children whom I thought was getting in his way but he was very friendly and patient with them. He got our new dishwasher up and going, even replaced the hose.

We have been very pleased with Capitol Hill. Chanika did an amazing job during the whole process. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I’ve been living at CHA since 2018 and it’s been more than just my home, it’s become my community. The management and maintenance team is friendly and hardworking, as well as prompt and professional. Ashley and her team go above and beyond to make the residents happy and comfortable. The complex is kid friendly and there isn’t an afternoon in which you won’t see bikes and hear laughter as all of the kids play together. I love my little corner of life here and I plan to stay until I can purchase a home in the area.
