Chris and his team are wonderful to work with! They were knowledgeable, kind, and worth every penny! We were having connection/wiring trouble at our office, and Chris was able to identify the issue and provide solutions that would save us money in the long-term. Just wanted to thank you for the recent upgrade work on my home desktop computer. Chris works on our machines /IT network at the office. So I figured, why not give them a try for my home machine. Basically, things had started to run slow and a need to upgrade my operating system to keep up with some new software requirements. I dropped my machine off at about 8:15 AM and by 4:00 PM it was ready to roll again. By suggestion, I even upgraded the hard drive to help make it last well into the future as it was about 4 years old now. One of the most important things to mention: When I got home and hooked things up it all ran absolutely perfect. In the past when I've taken my machine to other places, there always seems to be a so-called glitch that requires additional calls and time spent getting it ''right''. Not here folks - it's simply right the first time and for a very fair price to boot. Everyone is very friendly. In my book, that's always a huge plus in today's business market. We have used Chris with Capital IT for many, many years for our law firm and there has not been one problem that he could not fix and/or find a solution.
