Bill and his coworker stopped by our school just in the nick of time. Bill was super informative and very personable with myself and our staff. He was able to answer, assess and address any concerns that we had was able to get a machine that fit exactly what we were looking for in a very timely manner. His team came out and stayed on time and on task. They ran into an issue with connectivity and brought someone out almost immediately to fix the issue. We had such a wonderful experience with CBM customer service and tech support! To start, I called to set up a support appointment for our non-profit's scanner/printer and received a prompt reply of when someone could assist me with connecting my new computer. I had to cancel and reschedule several times due to scheduling changes on my end and I was SO GRATEFUL to the CBM team staying in touch with me. It was an appointment that could have easily fallen off my radar, but the follow up calls to remind me were so appreciated. When I was able to connect with John, he went above and beyond to fix the connectivity issue with my computer and our network (over the phone!) and we even laughed together as we worked through it. I can honestly say I have never had a tech service call that felt so easeful and supportive. The level of knowledge, customer service, and support far exceeded my expectation. Thank you!
