Capellini Trattoria Pizzeria - Pizza restaurant in Selden - 229 Middle Country Rd, USA

Cappellini is amazing! I order pizza and salad to be delivered home but had the pleasure of a last minute dinner on Sunday November 12th in the afternoon. We sat in the front area and the service was amazing! We got to pick from the all inclusive menu and it’s was amazing! Food was cooked perfectly and it was delicious. I started with a Caesar salad, shared some clams and rice balls with the family, I enjoyed the seafood supreme that was the perfect size, my sibling had the three musketeers which was also amazing and we shared a yummy chocolate cake. This menu also included an option of coffee or tea and I believe we all decided on dessert. Overall it was so good! I love the location as well and the space is so well kept! I would recommend to anyone!

Had my first meal sitting in the dining room. It was perfect. The service was amazing and food as well. We had a table of 10, and the service kept up with us all. It's hard to do. All my family loved the dishes they ordered. The apps and dessert complimented the meal as well. Highly recommend giving this place a chance. Make reservations it was packed on a Wednesday evening. Also had a great meal special. Sorry I didn't get a pic. Enjoy

While out on errands, my husband and I stumbled upon an incredible Italian restaurant last night in Selden, Capellini Trattoria Pizzeria. We had a four course meal selection from their "week-end specials" menu for $35.99 p/p. It was presented beautifully, and absolutely delicious from start to finish. We had left-overs to take home. Our waiter, "Joey" was delightful and provided "spot-on" service. The restaurant was decorated tastefully and festive for the holidays. A counter at the front of the restaurant was busy and looked mouth-watering with pizzas and pastries. I felt like I was in a trattoria in Italy or NYC again. The camaraderie between the staff and sense of community toward one another and the customers is special in today's world. Our dining experience there made our day.

We will drive past four other pizzerias in our area to patronize this restaurant and it as nothing do do with their inflation buster prices. Their food and service had never disappointed. Everything we purchased dozens of times was fresh and made to order. Hands down our all time favorites are the heroes and the Grand’Ma’s pizza. OMG second to none! I have not and would not hesitate to recommend friends and family. Their prices, food and service can’t be beat.

Midweek $12.99 lunch special was a real deal. Entree, salad, drink, cookies and cannoli. Food was prepared correctly and portion sizes were generous. There was a good choice of entrees to choose from. One serving of a beverage is included so if you want your glass refilled then you'll pay full price for a beverage. The salad was a small side salad with dressing on the side. The entrees were large enough for 2 meals and aluminum trays were needed. All of our meals were great though the chicken marsala was a bit tough but still tasted good. We all agreed that lunch was a good experience and we would definitely return.

This place is the bomb! All inclusive dinners for 17$!!!!! Including wine and dessert. You have to try it. I am here from Florida, and I go once a week now. I truly look forward to it. Michaelina, Lori, and Jordan are awesome . Do yourselves a favor and experience this wonderful restaurant. ✌️

Was going for quite sometime but today will be the last its shame because all the kids and others working there are helpful and pleasant but today after a cockroach the size of a half dollar was walking under table I was eating and quickly i went up to the counter toilet someone know the mngr/owner not sure but small short fat Spanish guy who's balding tells me to just kill it and says in a way like no big deal and in a way that I worked for him well I will never go back not to mention when a cockroach big enough to wear a name tag is in front of food establishment who knows what's behind the door then to have someone acting that way? You go anywhere to buy a slice a pizza and a roach so he better clean the restaurant and his attitude before he's just another pizza spot ,

Recently visited for a friends wedding reception and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. We had a set menu, so we didn't get to explore everything, but the food that was provided was amazing. The garlic knots to begin were sooooo buttery and delicious. Each table was also brought a HUGE plate of various appetizers and everything was hot and fresh, which was honestly surprising considering the volume of food they had to prepare at the same time. For my main course, I had the shrimp scampi -- the garlic butter sauce was superb! Highly recommend. To finish things off, we were provided a large plate of assorted desserts -- mainly cannolis. The owner of this restaurant must be from Texas, because the portions were HUGE! Highly recommend this Italian eatery.
