We have been coming here for many years and always return. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And of course the special breakfasts are wonderful. I am Gluten Intolerant and they always make it special for me! We like staying in the off season of January when there are fewer vacationers and the pace is much slower!
Words can not describe the level of service we received from Ana during our visit to Cape San Blas Inn. It started on our drive there when we received a call from our boat rental company stating the boat we reserved for the next day was no longer available due to mechanical issues and that they had no replacements. We called several other boat rental companies and boat captains, but everyone was booked considering it was a weekend during scallop season. Out of desperation we called the Cape San Blas Inn just to see if they knew anyone that may have a boat available. Ana answered and got on the phone calling multiple people she knew. She ended up getting us a reservation with one of their neighbors that had no plans of chartering a boat! ||When we checked into the Inn Ana treated us like family. She catered to our every need by going above and beyond what we expected. She even stayed late one night cooking the scallops we had caught that morning and they were delicious! ||We stayed in the Turtle Shell Suite. It was nice, but nothing special. Based on the description we thought the master bed and queen size leather sleeper sofa were in two different sections of the room. However, when we got there we noticed there would be very little, if any, room in between the two if we used the sofa as a bed. The view was decent, but we spent very little time in the room.||All in all Ana made this one of our best experiences ever at a hotel/B&B!
This place was absolutely wonderful! I don't think I have ever been to a cleaner place. Everyday there was a different breakfast, beautifully prepared. The food, location, room, common areas, including the hot tub on the dock were only exceeded by the kindness and service provided by the staff. I will definitely be back! Thank you Ana and Macaela!! :-) ❤️🌊
This is our third time staying at the Inn. We absolutely love Cape San Blas and the Cape San Blas Inn. The rooms are well appointed and comfy. The breakfasts are absolutely delicious. The hot tub at the end of the dock has beautiful views of the bay. Close to the gulf. It’s my happy place.
We took an impromptu day trip to Cape San Blas and drove by the Cape San Blas Inn and stopped in to check it out for a future trip. Ana let us tour the grounds and a couple rooms. She was so gracious, helpful, and accommodating we booked a room on the spot for that night. I have many food allergies and Ana prepared me a special and delicious breakfast that fit with in the confines of dairy/wheat/egg allergies. Yes, the room was comfortable and the setting was beautiful, but it really was Ana who made the visit extra special. We’ll be back.
We have stayed here annually for about a dozen years. Accommodations are very good, comfortable and conveniently located on the great St. Joseph Penninsula. Breakfasts are well done. Staff is very friendly.||We were a bit disappointed this year in that facility maintenance has slipped (tv’s hard to work, refrigerator noisy, boards loose on dock, HVAC noisy and unpredictable, and rear door to patio broken.)
The InnKeeper, Anna, made our stay just wonderful. The rooms (and the entire Inn) are impeccably clean. The check-in process is easy. The morning breakfast was fantastic. We have been here several times and every time has been great.
You can not find friendlier service! We love the location, the rooms are comfortable and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is always a treat, proportions are great and the taste is even better. I have stayed here 3 times and have not been disappointed the least. Thanks Shay and Anna for making our last visit enjoyable!

We spent the past week in Port St. Joe on vacation. When I say just go ahead and skip these expensive dinner choices and go here, I mean it. We spent over $200 the night before for mediocre at best food from one of the most highly rated âfancyâ p
