Might just be the most beautiful hike on the Oregon Coast. The views make you think you're in New Zealand or Ireland. Then you get to the end and you feel like you're just standing at the edge of the world.
Saw very few people on a warm December weekday. Seems like a bit of a hidden gem.
I wanted to stop and see
the nice views of the offshore
sea stacks.
It was foggy as I hiked through
the forest on a narrow trail
to a meadow with no trees
to block the views of the
rocky coastline.
You can hike to the beach
on the Cape Ferralo Loop
Trail, which is part of the
Oregon Coast Trail to the
left of the parking lot.
The parking lot is small
with no restrooms.
Located on Hwy 101 at mile
marker 351.9 about 8 minutes from Brookings on the
Boardman Scenic Corridor.
A nice place to see sunsets
over an endless horizon, hike
on the Oregon Coast Trail,
and to watch whales at
certain times of the year.
A short hike from parking lot, leading to a 270 degree view of the coast, perched high above the pacific coast. It is not crowded and there is adequate parking, a shot drive off of 101.
The trail does NOT go to the beach, but the views are amazing and it's an easy hike!
Scenic spot overlooking the ocean. Stopped here hoping to see some whales (currently migrating). No luck with the whales today but still a beautiful view watching rain. Showers rolling in from the Sea...
One of my favorite sunset cliffs.
Such a touching beautiful experience, thank you Samual Boardman for keeping the Oregon coast so preserved and one of the most beautiful places in the world.
Gorgeous place to watch a sunset. Sweeping, panoramic views surround you as you sit and enjoy one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Recently had the pleasure of training at this amazing gym. Iâve been fortunate enough to have trained all over this country and even some other oneâs. This was by far one of my best experiences. Super friendly easy going staff. Incredible equipme
Today was my first time going here, and at first I blew right past it on my bike. I stopped, turned around and thought "hm, this place looks kinda cute. I'll give it a shot." The interior was lovely, the drink I got was delicious too! I can find myse
A very charming store and haven for nerds! The shopâs got some very cool stuff, including handmade 8-bit wall decor, drawings by the owner, dice, cards, figurines. I picked up a cute pair of Grogu earrings. Owner is a very friendly guy who let me b
Best rock fishing trip we've been on. The crew was EXCELLENT! They were always on hand to assist if needed. Everyone was very laid back and very fun to spend the day with. They were always changing spots so we could locate as many fish as possible.
Absolute hidden gem. Love this place. So full of character and clear passion for what they do. Amazing beer, great service, super fun location. If you're a nerd and/or beer fan, this is a must see.
Made multiple stops throughout the park and thoroughly enjoyed each one of them. Some have moderate hikes so be mindful of what youâre getting yourself into. What goes down must come back up. We canât wait to come back and see more!
The best fudge I have ever had! This store is absolutely amazing. The man that owns and makes a lot of the candy is super nice and incredibly knowledgeable. We stopped by on vacation to grab some gifts and candy, but left with the best homemade fudge
This place is well worth the 4 mile drive through a one lane gravel road to the trail head. There was not much traffic going there when we visited, but it could become tricky if you have to cross other vehicles. High clearance vehicle is not required
They're all so friendly & quick!
Whether you drink coffee or like theirs or not, DB has plenty of other options, hot & cold.
With such a great business model & great staff, It's no wonder they continue to expand.
