Positive: Easy check in. They text and email you all the information to let yourself into room. The room itself was great, had a little kitchen and small dining table. Negative: No staff at desk after 11pm but easy to get a hold of help over the phone. Very bright. No dark out shades.

We stayed in building 9, Apt 104 and we have no complaints! The whole unit was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy and soft. The kitchen had everything we could think of plus a stocked coffee station. The bathrooms were clean, loaded with toilet paper and plenty of towels. The air conditioning was nice and cool. The pool area was clean and spacious. The marina offered lots of views and even had dolphins swimming in the canal daily! Highly recommend! Great location to explore the Space Coast!

Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom condo on the 4th floor was perfect for our group of 3 couples for a 2 night stay pre-cruise. Our unit had a view of the inland waterway canal and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins and manatees swim by. The pool at the resort is small but adequate for a couple of hours in the afternoon sun. There is one barbecue on the pool deck for guests of the resort to use (we didn’t). We booked directly through their website and communication with the rental agency was excellent. They’ve recently removed their “front desk” clerk so any questions you have during your stay are done by communicating online through a “guest portal” online but they are fast to respond. Would stay here again.

We had a great time, the location was perfect for all the activities nearby. When we arrived the townhouse was not cleaned properly the kitchen was not stocked properly so make sure that if you arrive here first you may want to bring a few extras if possible like kitchen cooking utensils, laundry basket, it looks 24 hours to get someone to come clean the unit. We had a baby that was not able to put down on the floor to crawl around. I mean the last thing you expect is to have to clean a place you pay for after driving almost 10 hours. The pool was ok to keep the kids cool.

Spent an extended amount of time here. The office was incredibly nice and worked with us to extend our time without moving rooms. Felt incredibly safe here. Bonus is the restaurant on site

This was our second year staying at Cape Crossing but it will be our last. We found that the location of the resort offered us a wide variety of options with the close proximity to the beaches, shopping, dining, the Space Center/launches, etc. The apartments appeared to be clean as we walked in but we found that was not the case. The floors had possibly been swept but were certainly not washed. After walking barefoot in the apartment, we found that our feet were absolutely filthy and soon needed to be washed. As I stepped into the showed near the second bedroom, I was confronted with a fairly large hairball sitting on top of the drain. Bad enough in my own bathroom but to find it in a place that I am paying extra for the cleaning... not good! The master bed had a king mattress is in bad need of replacement. The other two BRs had queen size bed with very comfortable mattresses. The furniture in the apartment is also in dire need of replacement... VERY UNCOMFORTABLE and dirty! The stools at the tall dining table and at the bar do not allow for any adjustment once you are seated in them. Please note that you will need to bring your own bath and cleaning supplies as well as paper products and garbage bags. You are given enough to get you through the first 3-4 days of your stay - after that you are on your own. The pool area is very nice but be warned, pool-side seating is "first come, first served" and chairs get taken very quickly.

I loved the Cape Crossing Resort & Marina. Everything was so convenient. This is a beautiful villa with balcony overlooking the Marina. The restaurant on the property was nice. I look forward to staying here again prior to Cruising and would definitely recommend this property!

I was not given the room I reserved. I reserved a 3 bedroom condo in the tower. When I arrived I was only given a king room. This did not work out for our family. We had to switch kids to family’s room. No kitchen that we had planned on cooking in. I was moved in the middle of our stay. No compensation for any inconvenience. Also good luck getting any help at the front desk. There is no one here to help. If you leave a voicemail they do not call you back. Not happy.
