This place is super awesome! It's never too crowded, so you're guaranteed to have a fast order and delicious meal 😋

I usually visit this the Hollywood and Davie location constantly and I love to take family and colleagues. I usually order the steak sandwich, it tends to be pretty decent but this time, it was not very good at all. Not only was it missing flavor, the lettuce was passed due, it was a horrible taste. At another location, the meat tasted passed due as well, I had to throw it away. So be careful when ordering steak sandwiches. Besides that, customer service was good. I did notice the extra charge for using a credit card though, so be careful and take cash.

The customer service in this bakery is terrible, the girl who served me was very rude, you wait a long time... for the food and it arrives cold, the terrible coffee tasted like pure hot milk... they don't prepare it well... I asked for a refund of the food and it has not arrived... I will contact the company for my money

You can find CAO everywhere. We were working on a project in the area. They have a lot of choices. They have pastries, sandwiches, breakfast, coffees, and desserts. Their shop is nice and clean. The atmosphere is very nice and spacious. The services are helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend others and we go there regularly. I really enjoy coming here for breakfast as a nice little treat, bakery looks and smells amazing with sooooo many amazing choices to chose from. I have to say the quality of the food is pretty consistent. Word of advice for when ordering pick up make sure you double check your bag before heading out because they do tend to forget items..

I was there last night to try this place out. I ordered a chicken sandwich and paid for it. After I ordered it, the staff tells me they don't have it to make. I ordered something else and paid for that and cashier proceeds to tell me that she can't refund my money until the following day. They get the manager on the phone (Because there is no Manager on duty) and she dismisses my issue and says it will get resolved tomorrow. I call the Hollywood store and of course there is no answer. I'm convinced this place is a scam. What fast food chain is unable to reverse a purchase on the spot??? I'm not buying a car, this is overpriced food and desserts. I will never be back and I advise that nobody else go unless you want to play Russian roulette with your money. Also, the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich was so bland. I have nothing good to say about this place

The cashier was rude and the food really wasn't good at all. The bacalao croqueta isn’t good taste, same with the frita empanada

We really like this place. So much room. Outdoor and indoor seating. So many pastry options and good coffee. And the prices are even better. What else can you ask for :) keep it up 👍
