Canyon staff was quick, courteous, professional. I took my puppy in to be examined for neutering. I was there for about an hour in total. My puppy is a 7mo old Mastiff/Pitbull and I'm confined to a wheelchair. With confidence, the ladies handled my dog with finesse. After the exam, Dr.Jenkins, was quick to point out that my dog was 1mo past due for vaccination and informed me if I had him give the vaccination it would be $30 and the examination cost of $67 would be free. I saved $37!
Good job, Canyon Staff.
I'll be calling again to schedule Goofy for his "vasectomy".
Kind, Affordable, Accurate: Providing an excellent service to our community. I recently took my cat in to Dr. Tom (Jenkins) at Canyon Veterinary for a UTI. I as a cat-mom had made many mistakes in trying to care for my cat before I was able to get him in for care. Dr. Tom was compassionate. He didn’t lecture me. He didn’t make me feel bad. He was kind. He educated me. Dr. Tom didn’t insist on a bunch of costly tests. He could have easily inflated the cost of examination and treatment, but did not. My cat was treated with shots, IV fluids, and prescription medication. The cost for these services was shockingly low!!! My cat was feeling better within hours and is back to his old self. The front office staff/techs are very polite and helpful. If you do go, expect excellent care but a bit of a wait. I didn’t mind the wait. It means your pet will get quality time with the doc and speaks to a bustling practice of happy customers.
Dr. Tom Jenkins and his vet tech team are very kind to the animals and to my dogs. They are respectful and professional and their prices are fair and most importantly, they were able to see my dogs sooner. Photos are of my baby Sterling! Thank you for taking care of him.
Decent vet. Had my kittens get vaccines here last year and service was very good and friendly. This year they gave my cat a blood test for a condition he had. Overall, the appointment itself went well, but I was there for 2.5 hours. They do see walk in emergencies and that might slow down the other appointments for the day. So, keep mind that you could be waiting on their busiest days.
We took our pet in and the staff and the vet are so nice. They love the animals and treat them with respect. Best vets around but they are closing their doors on Friday the 22nd of this month. Which really sucks cause now everyone has to find new places to go.
my roommate and I shared the love of a beautiful cat who we sadly made an appointment there next morning for euthanization. The poor cat on her last sad day was unesesarilly dragged to their office for a cancellation. Spending an unnecessary long trip to a vet office in California city making the experience more hardship. I've heard rumor the vets an alcoholic and frequently no shows to work. A cancelation happened twice this year. They are unreliable and they don't sanitize pet tables I noticed.
The doctor here was so kind. Staff were all nice and the clinic was clean. Prices are affordable. This is not my pets clinic and I’d recommend it always.
Update: If you care at all about your animals, do NOT waste ANY of your time with this vet. They have given us a run-around for a MONTH telling us to keep calling back, and every single time there is some new excuse for why the vet can't see the cat. This final time they just straight-up told us that they won't see us with no explanation. I cannot stress enough how poorly the incompetent staff handles any of their roles, and how little the vet seems to care about treating any of the animals you try to bring his way. No one at this vet seems to know what is going on or how to handle even a basic schedule.
The staff is a joke. We had to schedule an appointment two weeks out for a cat that is already sick, then they called us a day before the date to cancel our appointment.
After calling them back, being put on hold for 15 minutes, and hung up on without ever getting to talk to anyone, I called back again only to be told the earliest they could schedule us was now THREE MORE WEEKS out. To get an already sick kitten the medicine she needs, they are telling us to wait FIVE WEEKS.
If you care about your animals at all, pick a different vet. Drive the 100 miles to Palmdale if you have to. Just don't bother with Canyon Vet, because they obviously don't care.

Interesting rotating tap selection, and good location. The indoor area is pretty nice, they have various board games. Definitely enjoyed the atmosphere. Currently they have seating indoors and outdoors, during the summer the outdoor seating is best i
This place is truly enchanted! We were able to make our daughter's birthday very special. Marcela's High Tea was beautifully presented, and delicious. The teas were exquisite, and everything was perfect. My new favorite place!
I am French and I approve this restaurant ð.
The chicken was very well cooked, the sauce was really good too. The vegetable gratin and the gratin dauphinois was perfectly cooked.
