Canvas Townhomes Morgantown - Student housing center in Morgantown - 200 Tupelo Dr, USA

This place is amazing! The rooms are huge! The townhomes are really pretty, with great views too! It’s a great place to live because it’s quiet, it’s also been a great place to meet new people. The office is great at checking on you to make sure you’re doing well. Maintenance has also been great anytime I’ve needed them, they usually take less than a day to fix whatever is messed up.

This is the first apartment I’ve ever lived in and I love it! The staff is so helpful and the maintenance team is awesome!! I love how spacious they are and that you get a deck also. They have great areas for pets and the streets are lit so well at night. I feel very safe there! Love love love it!!!

The apartments are very spacious and nice. However, they only have the hot tubs open during business hours which is false advertising from the 24/7 hours they have listed. They also leave the gym door unlocked 24/7 for anyone to enter which I feel is unsafe. The maintenance team took about 2 weeks to fix a broken washer. They had to come 3 times and kept insisting it wasn’t broken. It wasn’t until I had to stand down there and miss class to tell them repeatedly that it was NOT working and had to give them they on what could be the issue. I had to spend my own time and money during this time to get to a laundromat. They also have left us without water for over 24 hours claiming that our pipes were frozen due to a mistake on their end. They offered no utilities nor water bottles for us to use during this time. Again, I had to use my own time and money to arrange to go to a friend’s house to cook a meal, bathe, and brush my teeth. I had to buy my own water to drink. They kept telling us that it would be on in the next few hours which just didn’t happen.

Moved in in August and have had a really great time. Maintenance has been great with any of the issues we had! I live being able to live with my best friends in a place that is safe and clean. I also like the free parking included.

canvas is a really great place to live! i love how much space there is in the whole unit. the main reason i chose to live here is because it’s pet friendly, and my dog absolutely loves it here! there’s plenty of room in the house for her, and the property is big enough for me to take her on long walks to get her energy out!

When we moved in, everything was nice and clean and hardly any issues. Any issues we did have were taken care of very quickly as well! Great place to live and lots of space, especially for a college apartment! Highly recommend.

I have loved my time living at Canvas townhomes. The units are so spacious, there is great closet space, and plenty of storage space as well. The minimal problems I have had in my time living there have been resolved promptly by maintenance. The staff is very easy to get a hold of and helpful when needed. It is a great place to live in Morgantown!

Canvas has been a wonderful place to live. The apartments are so nice and the employees are great. If i have any questions they respond in a reasonable time. They are also so nice when you see any of the team. The pricing is reasonable with the huge space you get.
