Canterbury Inn and Suites - Motel in Broken Arrow - 1301 N Elm Pl, USA

Unfortunately I can't give a 0. I stayed here for 2 weeks in April and never once seen the cleaners. I asked for a trash bag and they yelled at me. They still didn't give me a trash bag than the manager came and threatened to kick us out because of the state of the room (there where 3 grocery bags with trash and 2 empty QT cups on the table) it smells like cigarettes all the time. They might aswell film a live action version of " the bugs life" for the amount of bugs here (ticks, spiders, ants , roaches etc.) 10 out of 10 would definitely NOT recommend. And I won't even start on how rude/mean the staff is. I asked the front desk about the hours and she got mad and yelled at me to look online. Like lady, I'm not making you work here I just wana see what time I can get ice.

Found some illegal stuff in my room and the maid keep coming in at random time without knocking and telling us to get out for hours at a time and when we said we didn't need her to clean our room she got mad and got us kicked out

DEAD ROACHES ON BOTH BEDS BUGS ON FLOOR laid down my food on the microwave and went to wash my hands went back to find a ROACH ON MY FOOD! the cigarette lady idk..

would rate zero stars if that was an option. had to use the clean towels to clean the black off my feet from walking on the floor. had to wait for 12 hours to get fresh towels to shower with. dried blood on the shower curtain. airian lightning bolts on the walls of the bathroom. the owner was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. would not leave a dog there unattended, for fear of it being stolen.

Best price per quality , biggest downside is that they are located within Broken Arrow. Be warned, police have begun camping this place. In other words, they lie in wait parked just out of sight. If/when you leave late at night, you straight up gonna be nailed. Number one rule for traveling within the city limits of BA late at night. Don't do it, your going to be jailed!

Got put into a room after 1 night my ac wouldn't work, there's curse words carved into the wall, the bathroom door just doesn't close at all because the frame is messed up and it doesn't even have the metal piece in the door to close. Price is too high for what it is and if you're staying here longer than a couple of vacation nights then just don't honestly because if you thought room service was a think you'd be wrong and you would think for Broken Arrow there would be a lot less crack heads and other addicts around there was even one night where someone just parked in front of the exit so you had to leave through the entrance which is obviously dangerous for obvious reasons

If I could rate 0 stars I would you are better off staying in a tent outside they never clean the place has mice and roaches it is by far the worst place to every stay. I could say more but I don't feel like waisting the time I help this helps other people out never rent from this place

Thus was a terrible experience I've never felt more uncomfortable in my life. If I could rate it zero I would it's not worth the money. The owners are rude, the place is infested with homeless people and several crackheads. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy!
