Cantaritos Restaurant & Bar - Mexican restaurant in Fremont - 1530 Washington Blvd, USA

We came for dinner around 6PM, the restaurant was getting busy. We were seated and served with a small plate of chip & salsa. The salsa sauce was so good, the red one was more spicy than the green. We ordered Beef fajitas, A La Diablo, and Baby burrito. The food came quickly and really delicious, fresh ingredients, big portions and very reasonable price. Employees are very friendly and attentive, excellent service. Highly recommended. It’s for sure my favorite the Mexican food restaurant.

This is my favorite restaurant in Fremont, not even close. There is better Mexican food in the Bay Area, but not better in Fremont by my opinion. I have gone here 19 times in the past 6 months. Lovely staff working here, Pepe is a lovely bartender and has my beer ready before I even sit down and say hello. Felipe, the backup, has a sweet, large smile and welcoming charisma. The regulars are great to chat with as well. The community atmosphere and consistent large portions with no off nights with a quality of the food make this place a regular spot for me. If only I could afford dining here every night, I would without growing tired. Think you Cantaritos, I appreciate you.

This was my first visit here. Cantaritos Fremont is going to be one of my favorite Mexican veg food restaurant. I was promptly greeted and seated. Restaurant was busy. They took orders quickly and also serviced food quickly. We ordered all vegetarian dishes. There is a separate vegetarian menu page Food was served quickly and also was presented well. The food test was really good, I enjoyed it. I requested special order that was not on menu - Wet veg burrito and it was really good. I enjoyed and loved their green sauce. I ordered too much food - I could not finish so packed to go! veg Nachitca was really tasty. The restaurant has traditional Mexican decoration, friendly staff and also good seating.

Food was amazing! Ordered a burrito bowl (everything) to go. It came with 3 sauces, the habanero sauce was just spicy 🔥🥵 and delicious!

Amazing place. If you are going for mission peak this is your spot to have some food post your hiking. The waitress was very nice. She even gave a bill of water too my dog, who was completely exhausted with the hike. The food was delicious too. I had a virgin margarita and veggie wet burrito. Both were tasty. Virgin Margarita was very fantastic. It’s a must try I would say.

I ate a vegetable wet burrito and a virgin margarita. They were both delicious. The Virgin Margarita was excellent. I think you should give it a try.

Always love this restaurant! Their food is wonderful and the waitstaff are friendly and attentive! Shout out to Maricella. Chili rellenos cheesy and delish. Want more, carnitas tacos so tasty. The enchiladas are juicy and have a flavorful sauce, says my husband. Come eat here!

I had the fish tacos and they was delicious, the best I’ve tried yet. My daughter ordered the chimichanga and it was huge and also delicious. Co workers had the steak fajita and shrimp tacos. Both very good. Service was good. It was a nice first experience.
