Canopy by Hilton Boston Downtown - Hotel in Boston - 99 Blackstone St, USA

This hotel is in the PERFECT location. With the exception of going to the MFA and Isabella Gardener museums we walked EVERYWHERE. |The hotel feels new, the bathroom is the best I’ve seen in a hotel (although a lock on the bathroom door would have been nice.) The Rose is a great restaurant serving very good food in a very pleasant environment. Parking is very close, literally a couple of minutes walk. The decor is timeless, the canopy above the bed is a nice touch. Check out the fabric and wallpaper for whimsical scenes of Boston. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. We are a family of 4 with 16 & 19 y/olds with us and we enjoyed our 5 nights here.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise for our last minute road trip. I was impressed from the moment I stepped into the lobby. The hotel is incredibly clean, the amenities are fantastic, the room is modern, comfortable, quiet and safe. The hotel itself is located in walking distance to stores, restaurants/bars, and the harbor. The staff was also incredibly friendly. The next time I’m in Boston I will 100% be staying here again! One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had.

If I could give a higher rating than "EXCELLENT" I would. First of all, the property was immaculate, with a location you simply cannot beat in Boston. It was immensely clear that genuine and sincere thought went into the decor of every single inch of the hotel. It was impeccably done, thus adding to the warm and welcoming feeling one got throughout the hotel, whether it was in our room, the hallways, or the lobbies. Staff, every single staff member we encountered, were equally warm, friendly and down to earth. They all were helpful, professional, informative and most importantly genuine, sincere and lovely people. I simply cannot express my gratitude for such a terrific experience all around. We cannot wait to return!!!

This is a very nice place in Boston. The North end neighbourhood is just opposite( where you can drop in for good Italian food& fantastic pastries at Bova's ! Mike's pastries are good but their cannoli is better ) . The Haymarket adjacent to the hotel has a good spread on weekends . There is also a Gordon Ramsay outlet within walking distance where you should be prepared to empty your pockets!! The front desk is very helpful and guided us to our destinations with accuracy. I was very pleased with my room with a view as this was the room that I had chosen during booking... it overlooked the park in front of the Hotel. The rooms were nice, beds were comfortable. The dining room was a spacious sprawling area, and the a la carte dishes were fantastic. This was our first stay in Boston.. and we were extremely happy with the Hotel.

We stayed 3 nights. Check in with Diamond (she) was awesome. She was able to get us a very nice room for a special occasion. Our room was clean, nice and modern. We spent time down at the restaurant/bar for a few drinks in the evening hours. The bartenders and staff are all great. Location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of many tourist areas, but quite enough that you did not feel that you were so close to so many things to do. I would recommend a room with a balcony if you can, they have sitting area and nice views. The only draw back, was that we had to leave to come home :(

Top notch room, lots of amenities, very luxurious feeling. Rooms are spacious and well equipped I especially enjoyed the shower with dual spraying heads myself. The restaurant/bar attached to the hotel in my opinion is way over priced for the quality of food you get however the bartender and service are fantastic.

After leaving another hotel due to a horrendous experience, I was very happy that we decided to stay at this property. The lobby area smells lovely and is decorated really cozy.The rooms were just perfect. Everything was extremely clean and new. The location is within walking distance of the North End, which is the best part! This hotel feels and looks so luxurious. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Demira at check in was wonderful and kind. Really a nice process. And the room was freshly remodeled with the most amazing bedding. Spacious, all the amenities. Bathroom has a great shower and fog free mirrors, and also remodeled. Honestly one of the nicest Hiltons I’ve ever stayed at at
