Coach Solana was awesome. Great instructor/coach, positive, she pushes you when you feel like giving up. The gym was big & clean, well organized. Equipment was super nice and like new condition and the CrossFit athletes that are regulars there where all super nice and encouraging. One of them even helped me tear down my weights after class. Super cool.

Joining Cañon City CrossFit has been exactly what I wanted and needed! I really love it! The work out is lead by our coach - which works great for me. As a senior citizen it’s been awhile since I have really worked out and I’m treated as the endurance athlete I used to be! I am regaining coordination and strength! I’ve never been to a gym like this and will always work out with Canon City CrossFit for as long as I am able!! They listen, coach, and encourage!! Best decision ever!! They are a great team!!!

I love this gym and the positive community it is! People come from all different fitness levels, all different goals and knowledge, and there's room for everybody. Coaches are attentive and encouraging. if people haven't done CrossFit before, there's no need to fear -- this is a welcoming place to give it a try, or to keep improving in your goals.

I have been working out with Canon City Cross fit. I absolutely recommend this gym, everyone is so warm and welcoming. You get lots of support and encouragement from the coach’s, they meet you right where you are at it would be a great gym for a 1st timer wanting to have a life style change ( like me) to a seasoned runner getting a team of support behind them. I am super happy to be part of this gym.

My friend and I were visiting Cańon City and wanted to drop in for a class, the owner was very communicative and great to talk with. She lead the class well and had great enthusiasm, she even gave us good local recommendations. We would definitely come back if we are in town.

I recently joined Canon City CrossFit after talking to a few people who go there. I love all the personal coaching that I get from Coach Sunny. The space is great as well as the people you met.

I was nervous going in, but learned quickly that the coaches are there to support you. Workouts are scaled to meet you where you at physically, but yet challenge you. I am feeling better and stronger everyday.

I love this place and Solana. She is an amazing coach!
