This was a welcome stay. We have had so many bad experiences with hotels that are off major highways that we are always terrified at the prospect of having to find one. This hotel was perfect. The woman at the check in desk was very friendly and helpful. Then we got up to the room and it was clean, spacious and had a kitchenette as well. The bathroom was a good size too. They even had free coffee in the morning. Overall it was a great stay for the price point!!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience!! They took us in last minute with TWO dogs due to a terrible experience at another hotel in the area. Front desk staff were amazing not matter what time it was but special shout out to Devon! I’m hoping I am spelling her name right, she made us feel right at home. Affordable dog fee, pool, and jacuzzi! The beds were so comfortable, I have never slept better in a hotel. It was quiet, I never heard a sound even with being ear gas stations and busier road. We had the best stay!

Got in around 1:30 AM from NY. Mike got us checked in quickly and was very kind and friendly. He walked us through the amenities and we chatted for a bit. Glad to meet a friendly face this early in the morning. The room itself was great, the studio queen suite had everything like a full size fridge, hot plate, full sink, dishwasher, and a nice bathroom.

We came very last minute and everything nearby was closed. I just want to thank Mike for really putting in effort to not only find an available room but making us feel welcomed and comfortable. The room was clean. Mike was patient and kind and really made our stay amazing. Thank you again Mike! Have a blessed one

Needs a renovation/facelift, half of the electrical sockets were broken in the room I had and all of the lamps were rusty for some reason, and didn't turn on (because all of the sockets they plugged into were dead). Hotel looked much better in the pictures then in person. Staff was extremely nice and helpful though.

I have stayed at many hotels across the country but this one is hands down the best. The lady at the front desk (Dion) was by far the centerpiece of the hotel! I have no idea what they pay her but it SHOULD be more! Great experience, never an issue and by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

Hello!! We had an unexpectedly horrible day with one setback after another including being stranded on the turnpike for 6 hours, hastily booking a cheap Airbnb which left us cold, wet, muddy and without pillows or blankets, a busted driver door mirror, and many other emotional challenges. Our saving grace was MIKE at the front desk!!! We arrived late and he was the most pleasant encounter we’ve experienced since this day from hell began. He was warm, welcoming, patient, friendly, accommodating and helpful with EVERY thing that we needed! Our first time at a Candlewood Suites location, and now, will definitely not be the last. He’s the type of person who should train all the other desk people. Thanks again MIKE!! Once we got to our room on 2nd floor, we were VERY pleasantly surprised with how spacious it was, the fact that there’s literally a full sized fridge, dishwasher, 2burner electric cooktop and dish ware, pots, cooking utensils, silverware and glassware!! For the low price we paid I was VERY impressed. There’s also 24 hour access to gym and laundry room for guests(NO coin op!!—FREE)

Very Very Very RUDE!!!!!! I was calling to talk with Kelly and someone named "Shaniece" answered the phone and she has a AWFUL attitude and zero customer service personality!!! Just because of that I will no longer have my wedding party stay here!! We was looking at reserving a bunch of rooms but Not no more!! Thanks for the lovely attitude Shaniece!! Next step is corporate and BBB 👍👏
