Candlewood Suites Warner Robins/Robins Afb, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Warner Robins - 110 Willie Lee Pkwy, USA

Lyncoya at the front desk left an amazing impression with his ability to serve us professionally and with care. I didn’t have reservations but he took care of me and my family promptly while being very knowledgeable of rates, and room availability that accommodated well. The room was clean and up to a good standard. Maintenance staff and housekeeping were friendly and welcoming. I had previous reservations at 3 different hotels. They all were not up to our standards of cleanliness, value, or customer service. Candlewood suites knocked it out the park for us. We’ll be visiting again next month.

I stayed 25 nights in this hotel while on business in the area. I found the room to be comfortable and clean, the bathroom was very clean, there was always hot water available in the shower, the water pressure was decent, and the refrigerator was large enough for any groceries I needed during my stay. There was very little noticeable noise from nearby rooms. The bed was comfortable and I slept well on it. I didn't have much interaction with the staff, but what I did was friendly and professional. I felt like I was their first priority as they helped me. I would have liked there to be a cover on the inside of the peephole on the door, but I made due with a wadded up napkin. The refrigerator was a little noisy at times and the dishwasher was fairly noisy when running.

Our room was spacious and made me feel comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of room for toiletries. The provided amenities were good and a familiar brand. The front desk staff was also very attentive, helpful, and overall friendly.

We enjoyed our stay here. The employees are so nice and we were greeted with that good ole southern hospitality . The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. We really don't have any complaints at all about our stay here. This is my second time at this establishment and plan on returning whenever I'm in the area.

Hotel was in convenient location to church service I was attending in the area. The hotel was quiet and I was able to get room on the first floor facing the parking lot. The toilet in the room had a flimsy flush feature that took several flushes to complete.

Being an IHG employee, I enjoyed my stay with you. Room was clean and comfortable, housekeeping staff was awesome. Only complaint, no hot water in shower and staff was never at front desk day or night, even when ringing the bell. Other than that I had a nice stay .

I stayed in this hotel for over 4 months and was very happy to do so. The front desk staff were wonderful: Cassidy, Clay, Xavier and Lincoya greeted me and were always helpful. I took full advantage of the free coffee and donuts. Joanne cleaned my room every Monday like clockwork and restocked my coffee pods and incidentals. The room itself is a studio apartment and that is why I chose Candlewood Suites. It is highly recommended by my coworkers for giving you a nice bed, TV, DVD player, desk, office chair, recliner, full refrigerator and freezer, stovetop, dishwasher, and so much storage. The lobby is full of DVDs, board games, rice cookers and more. It is perfectly designed for long stay guests.

I just want to thank Lyncoya, Demetria, and Shay for ensuring my stay was exceptional. My room was cleaned thoroughly and she paid attention to detail even running the dishwasher for me. I was always greeted by the front desk and he always ensured that my questions were answered. I stayed with a pet and they were great with her. Highly recommend.
