I enjoyed my stay!! Very good costumer service friendly environment! Receptionist very friendly great communication skills! My son felt so comfortable he said feels so welcoming and comfortable place!

Very pleased with my stay. Beds were comfortable, sheets were soft, water pressure on shower head was on point and hotel is located in a shopping center walking distance to Black Bear, Costco and a few restaurants. Staff was great also! Would highly recommend!

I grew up in Turlock and return home to visit often. This time, I had my whole family with me, and it would be very uncomfortable trying to stay at my parents’ home. Thankfully this Candlewood Suites was built recently and is close by. They offered us adjoining rooms (as requested), had our rooms ready to go when we arrived, and the staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. Having the kitchens was a huge help for storing holiday leftovers and making breakfast (the staff also provided excellent tips about the many local stores we could use for groceries). I had a toddler with me, and being able to put things away in shelves and cupboards was a nice bonus - plus the room was extremely safe and I felt comfortable with her walking around and exploring. There was a nicely stocked fitness center available for workouts downstairs. Overall, I’d certainly recommend this hotel, especially for folks who are staying a week or more.

Me and my family member had to get a last minute room due to us canceling at another hotel that was sketchy but the front desk was super nice and was able to get us our room quickly which the room itself was very and I mean very worth the amount we had spent for it

Part of the IHG group of hotels. Stayed during our visit to the annual Turlock Swap Meet. I figured being a part of the holiday Inn chain and being more expensive than Holiday Inn Express, that it would be a good place to stay. Everything else in town was sold out and I was able to secure one king room for one night. I would rate it comparable to Holiday Inn Express with the following exceptions; there is no complementary breakfast or snack of any kind. There is complementary coffee or you could purchase a tangerine for a dollar or an oatmeal canister for a couple dollars. All in all the stay was what I consider good with exception of the price, I paid $220 Per night. Expensive for the location and customer value received.

Im very happy i found the candlewood. I was sleeping like a rock and had the ability to cook real food in my own room. The bbq downstairs worked perfectly and was clean as well. Ill be staying here for quite some time and ill enjoy every night of it.

This is my favorite place to staycation. I always get a king room so can't comment on any other type. I love the little kitchen, it comes with everything you need to make a meal. The full sized fridge is a big plus. This last stay my bathroom had little shelves in the bathroom, I thought they were a great addition. I have stayed on every floor and found the 1st floor the quietest. The linens are typical hotel linens, I'm not a fan of the towels, they're a bit rough and shed a lot. Location is nice, Black bear diner shares a parking lot, Sonic and Wendy's are across the street, as well as Costco, Dollar tree and a chevron. Everything is walking distance of roughly 3 minutes. The staff is always great!

Clean your shower heads or replace them! The shower head was so filthy many of the spouts were completely clogged. Little things like this ruin a stay. Your hotel needs to give attention to details. Also, this hotel has signs in the rooms that they only provide cleaning & service once per week!! Absolutely unacceptable. You are charging competitive rates with other similar style hotels. Terrible service policy and I will gladly take my business elsewhere if you are going to withhold service to hoard profits.
