The you lady that checks us in on 8/17/24 and the young man that checked us out the next day were both so friendly and welcoming. Our room was perfect and very clean!! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in all around. Don’t pass up this place I will come back for our next stay
The front desk and cleaning staff were excellent, professional, and friendly. The hotel itself has very nice rooms, and offers many amenities including a well stocked snack center. The full kitchen was a game changer for the Youth Group we had in our 4 rooms. Our overall experience was MUCH more pleasant than we have come to expect from hotels these days. Highly recommended - job well done Candlewood!
We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the room and it's layout. The staff was friendly and courteous as well.
The only reason for the markdowns... the lobby at the front desk needs updating, and the front of the hotel does not have the typical overhang for unloading your belongings in bad weather.
Other than that, it seemed like a great little stop.
We booked this at the last minute while traveling with our dog. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were nice and very clean, and check in and out was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this place.
I had a lovely stay! It was my first time staying at a Candlewood Suite. Their gym is really nice & it smells great since it’s right next to the laundry (accessible and available to people staying). It would have been nice to receive the wifi name when I arrived. I asked this information, but was surprised it wasn’t specifically listed anywhere — the name wasn’t super straight forward (in my opinion). Otherwise, friendly staff, very clean, and quiet.
I will be staying at this hotel every time I visit Springfield. We had an issue with our 1st room and they quickly fixed the issue and gave us another room. Very clean, very modern, and quiet.
This is a comfortable and quiet hotel. The handsome service manager is polite and kind. The lobby is spacious and clean. The rooms are clean and tidy. The large double bed is warm and comfortable and feels like home. The quilt is extremely comfortable! The bathroom is also equipped with shampoo and shower gel, which are not found in other hotels, which is great! I recommend everyone to come here, it's well worth it! One last tip, it would be perfect to have a pair of slippers in the room!
Our one night stay was tolerable. The room was very spacious with a very nice kitchenette. The LG TV was super nice. I wish the bathroom had been cleaner. There was hair and dirt in the corners and in the tub. The grout was not clean. The rest of the room as acceptably clean.

I love this place ! Just have one minor complaint; they recently got rid of jalapeños and stopped cutting their veggies into smaller pieces - so the chunks are bigger. I usually add jalapeños when I get home and cut my veggies.
Nice people, great coffee (that they roast themselves) and a relaxing atmosphere! They have more than just vanilla for sugar free syrups too! The sugar free white chocolate was yummy. The cream cheese Danish was fresh, tasty and enough for 2 to share
This is an old city experience that reminded me of neighborhoods in old east coast cities like Boston or Philadelphia. It's a quiant neighborhood bar and restaurant with the atmosphere of a 90 year old place that hasn't changed very much. Loved it. T
