Service was outstanding in all aspects. Highly recommend staying here. The front desk workers go out of their way to ensure your stay is warm and welcoming.

If you need trouble receiving your receipt from the app or emailed by the staff, then this place is for you! Not only have I called three times asking for an email receipt copy and every time they’ll say that they’ll send it in about an hour just to not hear from them at all for the entire day. I am still currently waiting for that receipt, really disappointed with the service especially with something as easy and emailing a receipt. If you’re not going to bother to send it, then why even say you’ll send it in the first place?

I booked a room with a King size bed. When I arrived they didn’t have any Kings. I asked how this is possible as I booked the room directly over the phone with the hotel. I was informed that someone must have asked to extend their stay. I was give. A queen and I slept awful. I am a larger male and it’s hard to share a queen bed with my spous. My question is what if they hadn’t had any vacancies.

The staff in the hotel were phenomenal, despite the hotel going through renovations. Tamara, Herbert, Caleb, Dave, and the rest of the staff did everything they could to make the stay great, despite the setbacks of going through a renovation. They are the reason I would return. Wendy, the GM, was also accommodating and very helpful.

Overall I gave this place five stars I had a very pleasant stay front desk was very friendly. The bed was absolutely awesome and to me. The kitchen nets are very nice. I will go out of my way a little bit to stay at Candlewood‘s. Only thing that I can say is a breakfast would be nice but the trade-off is fair for the nicer rooms.

I enjoyed my stay at Candlewood Suites. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed sitting in the recliner in the evening. The kitchenette was well stocked and allowed me to make healthy meals in my room. I wish coffee was available every day. The ice machine in the Candlewood Cupboard was positive feature. Look forward to my next stay!

Was absolutely impressed with the stay here. Everything was perfect and wonderful. Quiet and peaceful and loved the private space that the room offered. Location was close to everything you may need.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. We are IHG members and usually stay at Holiday Inn or Express. This location is now our favorite place to stay when we are in the area. It is VERY clean, it appears to be quite new, and the staff at the front desk were so nice! Brenda, and her manager, were so kind, and we wanted to be sure to recognize them. Also, the bed and pillows were Amazing! I really like the Dove products in the shower. We stayed in a King suite which has a separate bedroom from the kitchen and livingroom area. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a glasstop stove,a microwave, and even cabinets to store your groceries if you want to stay for a few days. It also has a nice workout room and guest laundry. This particular hotel brand doesn't offer breakfast but they told us about Huddle House across the parking lot. It has a great breakfast for a good price and if you show them your room key you get a discount off of your meal! Overall, we were very impressed with this Candlewood Suites and will stay here again!
