Candlewood Suites Pearl, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Pearl - 632 S Pearson Rd, USA

Sunday night to Friday morning. Nice quiet place. No problems. Gone to a training class every day from 07:30 to 18:00. Comfortable bed. I was able to prepare and eat breakfast every morning, that was a plus. No complaints from me.

Won’t stay here again. Not very clean. Rooms smell odd. Had problems checking in because they “upgraded” us to a “better” room. However, they were actually out of rooms and trying to give us a king room instead of the two doubles we needed. Finally just switched somebody else’s room out for us. Also, room had 2 bath towels. I asked for 2 more at the front desk. I was told I had to use the 2 we had first then trade in the 2 dirty towels for 2 clean towels like some youth hostel in Europe or a YMCA. I refused and said we would just do without.

Candle wood suites room set up is very nice and functional. Unfortunately the first and the second room was dirty. The first room smelled odd and after doing some looking around the sheet had never been changed just made to look perfect. Found trash and stains on the bed and used towels folded away neatly but wet and stinky. We were put in a new room, unfortunately this room smelled like weed and the bathroom was dirty. Front desk was very understanding of our concerns and helpful. 🤮😷🫣

This place SUCKS. Manager Raj lied and said they never guaranteed that I would get a refund, when I was explicitly told I would. Now I’m out $130. They do not care about their customers- this place is a great example of customer DISservice. Edit: and of course they try to hide behind their cancellation policy, when I was assured by the front desk that I would get a full refund. Like I said, horrible management.

Positive: Nothing! Negative: Room was dirty, called twice about an early check in and was told room wasn?t ready. Then waited until 4 to check in and was told they had to switch us to a single queen for three people!

This hotel is terrible. Ustomer service I am member and employer IHG they cancel mi reservation 2 hours before for the. Check in They said is over book . And later some one call me because and complain with the IHG . And complain with me is not professional and so rude the persone . And holder the phone I am following the complain with the IHG .

This was the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Front desk was on a personal call while checking me in. Front was on a personal call when I checked out as well. Now this hotel manager doesn’t want to honor my one night stay because his employee didn’t do her job and charge me for 3 additional days. I am definitely notifying corporate of this flea bag hotel. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here, no silverware was in my room, floor was wet smelled awful.

Leaving 5 Stars because for the most part it was great and we liked our suite. The people who work there are very nice. For some reason our bed didn't have a blanket. Only two small light sheets. I couldn't sleep without a blanket sadly.
