Candlewood Suites Olive Branch (Memphis Area), an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Olive Branch - 7448 Craft Goodman, Frontage Rd, USA

There were back finger prints all over the front & back of the bathroom door. The bathtubs have no anti-slip & are slick as ice. If you are staying for any period of time there is no pool and no continental breakfast of any kind. You would probably encounter a cleaner room & nicer staff at the little $50/night motel down the road. Definately not worth the money.

OMG…. Never again. They need to start over from scratch with this hotel. The original room was so disgusting. Smelled like wet dogs. Second room smell was a little better but still not up to par. I’ve never been to a Candlewood this bad. Birthday trip ruined. 😓😪😥

Really disappointed with this location We’ve stayed in a few while driving cross country and thought we’d be excited after driving all day to get to experience another location. This room is disgusting The floor is wet and sticky, there’s hairs in the shower, nasty substance on the bathroom door and the mirror in the bedroom area hasn’t been cleaned in weeks I’m sure of it Candlewood please look into this location because we unfortunately need to find a new pet friendly hotel for road trips :/

Don't stay here unless you like dirt on your pillows, brown and black streaks on the towels, and zero accountability from management. Despite multiple complaints and requests, they did not provide any recourse besides interrogating me about how it's possible the room is dirty. You're better off going down the street for the same price of a stay.

Great for extended stay. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean the area is quiet.

Had a comfortable one night stay. Convenient location. Front desk staff was friendly and followed up to ask if everything was satisfactory after check in (it was). Room was a bit outdated but clean other than a small stain on the duvet. Bathroom was very clean. Ice maker in the freezer did not work well but that was the only problem we encountered.

When we arrived in our room, there was a hole in the closet door and I went downstairs to make sure that I informed the desk staff so I would not be charged for it. She told me that someone would come up and check it and they never did. I also went downstairs to tell them that the floor in our bathroom was extremely dirty, it looked as though it had not been cleaned in quite some time. She said she would have someone come up and take care of it, and no one ever did. I believe the front desk staff needs more training on professionalism. On several occasions as my husband and I were leaving the hotel, I saw the front desk personnel on their cell phones, and one lady was even wearing a bonnet to cover her hair. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! On a positive note the bathroom shower had great water pressure and the water temperature was perfect if you were like me and like hot showers. Also, the free washers and dryers were very convenient. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Find our way there easily and checkin was a little scary due to a cancellation we didn't know about nor received a call about the cancellation that the hotel made due to water damage and problems and no cleaning personnel on duty. It was a peaceful stay, and the price wasn't bad either. I may be back to this location. It wasn't terrible. Just could have been much better.
