It's not a bad place to stay, but it's noisy. |We were in the bottom floor and the highway noise was more than I expected. |The lady at the front desk had the TV in the lobby turned up so loud, I thought kids were playing video games. Nope, just the lady at the desk zoned out to to the TV. |Tiny lobby compared to other Candlewoods and not very friendly. |Room was fairly clean and smaller than most other Candlewood rooms. |Had a stain on the curtains and leftover food not taken out of the refrigerator. |Bed was very very firm and not comfortable for me at all. My husband slept like a rock. |No swimming pool, if you have kids and stay here, no breakfast either. |

I stayed here recently, and everything was great. Would have given it 5 stars except for the front desk lady. She has a sticker on her car that says "bee happy." I can't really do that when I'm a diamond member and can't park in diamond parking because she always does. That's for diamond customers, not employees, if im reading the sign correctly.

The phone didn’t work. The stove in the kitchen didn’t work, and they had only one fork. The coffee cups were on a high shelf pushed to the back and I couldn’t reach them, as well as the bowls. I had brought food to make breakfast, but since stove wouldn’t work, and only one fork that wasn’t possible. The lady at the desk was not helpful. I won’t be back. The highway sounds were loud in the room as well. I usually stay at the Holiday Inn Suites in Moore and that is where I will stay next time. I tried this one because of the recliner and it was so uncomfortable and you can’t even close the foot without getting out of the chair and manually pushing it in. It was even hard to do then. I gave it 2 stars because the girl at the desk when we checked in was very nice and even though the morning staff was NOT helpful, they were not rude. Responding to the reply below that is a lie. I DID say the did not work, you have to actually listen. No one showed how to use stove, though a guy came and took the drawers apart and said it SHOULD work. It did not. I am sorry, but I told it just like it was. I can't help your selective hearing. I am dropping one star for you snarky untruthful response.

Nice hotel, rooms are modern and comfortable. Staff was always helpful and there is always free coffee. Close to a lot of food and the highway. Getting to tbe hotel can be confusing for the first time though.

They wouldn't let us check in because we used the family account that has my Dad's name on it but we booked it under OUR NAMES, so our names were on the reservation. We do this everytime and have never had a problem with this before and we have the same name and the reservation email, but they absolutely would not let get our rooms. After an 8 hour drive this was incredibly exhausting, we had to call and wait on hold with corporate and they were also confused about why she wouldn't let us check in. She said it was policy but corporate told us it wasn't. After 45 minutes we finally got our rooms and a dicussion with corprate the hotel staff and us. There are a ton of hotels in this area pick a different hotel with nicer staff. Never had this problem at a Marriott and will be making different decision about hotel brand next time.

Love this place! The staff are wonderful and personable. Jamie is the manager and such a wonderful job. Everything is kept clean and tidy. The house keeping staff are the best. Truly the most enjoyable stay I've ever had. Pet friendly!

I found a used rag on top of the shower curtain. The bathroom sink did not drain well or the shower. I was going to make coffee opened the holder to put coffee in and found a dry tea bag. Then on the TV was 2 cockroaches crawling. The beds were comfortable.

I like this hotel. It is in a nice location off the interstate with plenty of shopping places around. I especially like having a kitchen with all the utensils you need to prepare meals. I would have liked to have at least queen size beds instead of full size. The mattresses are okay but could be better.
