Candlewood Suites Nashville - Franklin, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Franklin - 1305 Murfreesboro Rd, USA

Let me tell ya…we travel a lot and it’s easy to complain about imperfections….but I have NOTHING to complain about! This hotel is AWESOME! Super clean rooms, friendly staff and tons of available parking. The jewel of our stay was Ina at the front desk. She was a DELIGHT and made us feel like we were old friends. Candlewood suites is lucky to have her.

One of the worst experiences at a hotel. The GM was extremely rude. We had called ahead to see if I could check in before my mate got there, as he was the one who booked the room. We were told yes, no problem. When I got there the GM refused to let me check in. Even tho I’m explaining to him that we talked to someone at this location and they approved it. I had to sit and wait over an hour. Once we finally checked in the lady at the front desk was apologetic about the situation. 🙄 …….We booked two nights. The second day our keys stopped working so We went to the front desk to get new keys. At this time is when we were informed that we were overcharged for our room and she adjusted the price. ……I ended up leaving some items when we checked out . I called back to see if they had been discarded. The guy who answered said he’d find out and call me back. He never called back. Idk if it was because we were black but the service was terrible. Literally the worst service I’ve received at a hotel. The room was good but that was it.

Upon arrival, we're were told the mobility room we booked was not available due to booking through a 3rd party(Expedia). They only had a hearing adaptable room. So not only did we not have the space or separate sleeping quarters for our 250lb wheelchair bound son, we were told they were booked and the other hotels available were almost double their rate. We chose to stay since the proximity to our event was 8 min. The heated pool, commons and the easy access to food, groceries and shopping. After the first night ants appeared there was a constant knocking/banging whenever water was ran. Don't think I would stay again other than a night.

We stayed at Candlewood Suites in Franklin for 5 nights. I used digital check-in and our room was ready early. The hotel is located conveniently off the interstate and close to restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping. The room was quiet and clean. There was plenty of parking. The kitchen was stocked with adequate dishes and supplies for 2 people. The grounds were neat and spring flowers have been planted.||Front desk staff were very helpful even before we arrived and welcomed us when we checked in. I sensed teamwork and pride in their work. Ina greeted us like family and said hello every time we came through the lobby. Brad was always smiling, and more than happy to provide fresh towels and other supplies. Jackie was professional and pleasantly answered questions. Selena paid attention to detail in taking care of the pantry area and expertly extended our stay.||This was our second stay at this Candlewood Suites and we will stay here again.

Well, no option to do early check in though I am a IHG member and willing to pay if needed. I’ve checked reservations and the hotel still has rooms…I guess they are different than other IHG hotels in the area. Will certainly not coming back to this one. Plus the room that we’ve got….the shower box was either broken or just loose…amazing reward for IHG member….also the left the shower box floor really dirty after fixing the door. I clean it myself. On the other side, room and fitness are good and clean. Hope the hotel could properly the door properly as it could be an injury hazard

Positive: I was surprised when I saw it was rated 2.5, it deserves at least 3.5-4. I was extremely pleased with my stay - very clean and staff were great. . Negative: Only problem was traffic - there were about 8 lanes of traffic to be crossed if turning left

Positive: Location was excellent, all of the staff, except for 1 person, was exceptional. Negative: The people above us were incredibly loud. It sounded like multiple car accidents and a few of their landings made our walls shake. Negative: ""

king suite - all i can say is wow! room was clean, well kept and huge! will definitely be using them again the next time my husband is stationed on spring hill for work.
