Candlewood Suites Midwest City, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Del City - 5300 Main St, USA

No complaints. Clean and safe. Rooms are big and modern. Towels are good, bed is great. A small kitchenette has most of what you need, but no frying pan? We have a can opener, two pots, serving for two. Microwave, two burners, full size refrigerator, toaster. The only thing I don't like is the shower head won't adjust as far as the water trajectory.

The room was surprisingly nice and big. There was a large shelf and desk are that was probably the biggest I have seen which was good for spreading out my things and doing work when that time came. The kitchen area was well supplied and had a number of helpful features even though I was far from home. I was pleased with my stay.

I've never had a worse experience. This place ruined us financially. Was staying there because the insurance company put us up there. Then morning came and they kicked us out because they didn't want to deal with the insurance company. After complaining, they grew a heart and realized they had screwed up. They gave us another night and told us we can check out late at 1 pm. At 9 am security came to kick us out and said that he never said we could stay there. I still have the keys to three rooms that he handed to me. After standing in our doorway watching us pack and threatening the police on us, we left., and they charged us for 3 rooms for 3 nights after they said theywouldn't. Now were broke and hungry. This place should be shut down. Inhumane..

Disgusting attitudes. Unprofessional employees. No customer service skills. Not welcoming. Don't waste your time or money at this hotel. They need to restaff completely because these deranged individuals are by no means representing IHG brand qualities and professionalism. Me and my 3 friends stayed here for a few days because I was in town visiting family. We were threatened by employees, treated with a complete lack of respect or any kind of integrity. I mean this is by far the most unprofessional hotel I have ever been to. Completly disgusted.

The bed is best I’ve encountered at any hotel in last ten years. The lobby experience could’ve been better and the long credit card hold with an unexpected and too large amount for a one night rewards stay was not cool with me at all. Good location with walking distance to several restaurants and Starbucks nearby as well. Right off the highway too.

The front desk clerk was amazing! Joseph was very helpful. we would absolutely stay there again. The location had plenty of animates. The pool was nice and clean and had plenty of towels. The only thing that would have been better was to offer breakfast but that did not make the stay bad in any way.

From 9pm-6a with todays technology I find it hard to believe the manager was unreachable. It starts @ the top. Makes sense why the girl @ front desk couldn’t work the computer when i showed them I was to stay 2nights not one. Shower was dirty. You can also hear EVERYTHING through the walls & ceiling! Update: from 1 to 2 stars; checked back in for the second night & the guy moved me rooms for the first room was dirty. AND made it right with apologizing & also by compensating with points & pantry items.

The staff at this location is some of the best I have ever come across at a hotel, I loved working with Joseph. He always had a smile on his face and made everyone feel so welcomed. It was like long lost family
