This Candlewood Suites location is amazing. The staff are incredibly helpful. We had an issue with our reservation and Kimberly gave us a call on her personal time and sorted it out for us. The rooms and common areas are always super clean. You will not regret staying here.

We stayed at the Louisville North location on the way to visit family in South Carolina. Traveling with dogs , we are used to having to either spend a lot or stay in 1 star hotels. This hotel was perfect! The room was spotless, very roomy and the staff were wonderful. The room included extra amenities like shampoo and makeup remover, lotion. There was a small store for needed items and snacks called Candle wood cupboard. Although we didn’t use it, they also have outdoor grills with the use of their utensils . Highly recommend Candlewood as an affordable option with updated clean rooms, pet friendly environment and excellent service !

We went to this hotel Candlewood Suites Louisville North during our family reunion stay June 27th through June 29th. Our rooms was booked wrong due to the new staffs. Ms.Kimberly took care of it and straighten everything out for us. Thank you Ms. Kimberly, Ms. Star and Mr. Chuck for great customer services. Our rooms was clean, the staffs was polite and made sure we had everything we needed. It is also pet friendly. The only thing I did not like was some pet owner did not clean up outside behind their pets after they did their business. Our family grilled outside one day for our family reunion and sat under one tree for some shade and of course there is dog poop. It was almost 90 something degrees so we moved somewhere else to find some shade and enjoyed family. Overall we enjoyed our stay and yes I would recommend this hotel.

Great place!! Location is awesome, front desk very nice, friendly, polite, and helpful,the restaurants are close, 10 minutes to Louisville.. lots of stuff right around the hotel. Pool is closed for now, they have a great workout room, a little shop there for snacks,food and drinks, coffee and tea, lots of tea varieties. It has a really reasonable price too for the quality of the hotel!

The associate's name who helped us check-in was Star. We got there before official check-in time. My husband and I were on our motorcycles. We traveled from out-of-town. We checked-in but our room was not ready. We were outside by our bikes trying to decide what we were going to do until our room was ready and here comes Star. She knew we were tired and she wanted to get us in a room as soon as possible. So after we checked in and went outside she continued looking for an available, clean room and she found us one. Later that night we called and asked for an extra blanket. Star brought us a warm blanket. After all of that, when we checked out the next day we told her good bye and said thank you. A few minutes after we pulled off Star called me. My husband had left his book bag on the ground outside in the parking lot. Someone turned it in. Star called me and told me they found it. We did not even realize he had left it. Star said she called us as soon as she received it because she knew we were getting on the road. Star went over and beyond to give us excellent customer service. We will stay at that location again because of Star. Candlewood Suites Louisville North.

Kim was absolutely amazing in all hospitality needs. Also, the gentleman with the ponytail and the colored finger nails also was extremely helpful upon check-in. Huge thanks to the house-keeping staff too.

It is newly renovated, so everything is new and clean. It is located near a lot of restaurants. It had a small kitchenette, so we were disappointed that there wasn't a breakfast. We were told during check-in that there was no breakfast because we could make our own. Checking in at 8:00 pm wasn't condusive to shopping for breakfast items. There was a desk with a chair but really no place to eat the food you prepare on your own. They offer free coffee and breakfast sandwiches ($5.00) in a room where you have to use your room key to enter. Staff was friendly. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.
