Candlewood Suites LAX Hawthorne, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Hawthorne - 11410 Hawthorne Blvd, USA

I booked 2 nights at first at this hotel. I read a few reviews from people who said there were bed bugs and crime in the parking lot and was immediately scared and wanted to cancel. I’m glad I didn’t cancel. The moment I walked in the lobby the place smelled great. I encountered Maria at the front desk and she was so warm and friendly. She was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. We had so an awesome experience that we extended our stay another 3 days. We would come down from our room in the mornings and when Maria was at the desk she would greet us, ask how we were doing. She really made our stay exceptional, I can’t say the same for the others because they weren’t so engaging. I would definitely recommend it here and would return again.

This hotel is convenient, well managed,friendly and meets every requirement as a mini home away from home. It’s approximately 25 mins drive to and from the airport. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants, grocery stores, fast food spots, Starbucks etc. |The hotel itself is awesome . A well managed extended stay. Lovely atmosphere, clean suites/rooms equipped with a kitchen, gym and there’s laundry onsite as well as convenient parking.||Staffs on the property: |Daniel is super friendly, welcoming and an awesome leader. |Maria, Ana, and the others at the front desk are phenomenal. A competent team ||I’ll recommend this hotel all day.

Stayed here several times for work. i drive a large vehicle and they have oversized vehicles parking in the dirt lot next to the holiday inn. I enjoyed the complimentary laundry, gym and dishwasher. The biggest downside is the beds. they are all fairly small and not that comfortable. Other than that it’s a value stay that gets the job done.

This place is great. I would give it 5 stars but it’s just too close to the main road and I could hear cars racing by all night with their non-mufflers. But the housekeeping and front desk staff were terrific. Daniel, Maria, Ana and Britany were all friendly and kind. They have free washers and dryers if you need to do laundry and kitchens in the room with full fridges. No pool or jacuzzi but a nice bathtub and safe parking structure with a code to get in. Would stay again, maybe next time, I’ll bring the dumb cat 😆

Location EVERYTHING, across the street from the train. Room was ok, we felt safe. Security rides around through the properties; there are other surrounding hotels. There were bugs in the bathroom. Staff was nice we stayed during 420.

Rooms were okay. Staff/service was adequate. Location is in the ghetto. Theft was a huge problem. Cars are broken into on a regular basis and multiple catalytic converters are stolen EVERY night. Noise was a big issue and homeless people were everywhere. I would NOT stay here if I were YOU. You've been warned.

I’m a heavy equipment operator all my life and traveled for work all over California and stayed at a lot of hotels . I recommend candlewood suites in Hawthorne lax to be one of the most best experiences that I hade the place is very clean the staff is great and Maria at the front desk is wonderful and very professional at her profession always going above and beyond her job duties .. I would like to say thank you to Maria and staff for feeling me just like home you guys are the best

As always, I believe in giving appreciation to people with beautiful energy and incredible customer service. Hubby and I stayed here for a weekend and we really enjoyed our stay. A sweet front desk attendant named Jimenez was such a pleasure to talk with upon checking in. She acknowledged our elite status and proceeded to upgrade our room. She was very detailed in explaining how the parking lot keypad system  worked, and if there were any issues with noise, then just let her know. ||The next morning, hubby needed to print up a document and bless the assistance of the morning shift, Daniel, and Maria for their much needed help. Going the extra mile makes a true difference. Even though the hotel is located in what seems to be an urbanized area, the gated garage and key card accessible lobby and amenities made it feel very secure. The king suite room was spacious, well-lit, and the bedding was clean. I believe the walls were semi-soundproof (as I didn't hear across the hall neighbors once we closed our bedroom door), and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. This is DEFINITELY LUGG APPROVED!||
