Family and I Absolutely love this hotel, staff was amazing so nice and we was pleased with how nice and clean the hotel was! The man who checked us in made my kids and I feel right at home and when I had to pay for another night the manager was so kind, cheerful and very helpful! Although the night lady on our last night was the most rudest person I'd ever met .... the other staff members are what's keeping me at 5 stars!! She needs to find a job she likes instead of being rude to people and tell her to fix that RBF she's got going its not very welcoming at all!!!

ROACHES 🪳🪳🪳 The most roaches I’ve ever seen in my life!!! Love stains on the sheets. Curly little hairs in the bed. The girl at the front desk was mean as a viper. Very ghetto would not recommend.

Stayed here for the Indianapolis Supercross race 2024. I can confirm this was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Full kitchen in suite with all necessities. Room was very clean and staff was friendly. My only suggestion would be that they provide the little toothpaste tubes. The one thing I forgot to pack was my toothpaste and I was kind of surprised that they didn't provide it in the room. Other than that, wonderful experience. I will be staying here for the next race 2025.

We stayed here for five days because our Airbnb reservation was canceled. They were very accommodating, and most of the staff was very kind and professional. There was one surly person who worked night shift, but it was the end of her shift, and everyone else was great. I loved the free guest laundry--total lifesaver, though it did take 3 hours to dry a medium sized load of laundry. There were also a few minor maintenance issues with our room--dishwasher not anchored to the counter, bathroom door knob wouldn't lock, etc. Everything else was fine. I loved the lending locker for kitchen appliances. It made it possible for me to cook a lot for my family instead of having to eat out.

Business or regular travelers - this location is great for overnight, weekly, or longer termed stays. The onsite staff was excellent at communication, and assisting. The rooms are spacious, clean, and kitchens are well-equipped, with additional pots, pans, and kitchen accessories available for "check-out" and broadband connectivity was efficient. The snack shop is adequate (if a little pricey, but this is consistent across the marketplace) and food/restaurants are walkable from the Suites. All in all - I can happily recommend this facility for all types of stays.

Not really the best amenities or cleanliness, front desk tried the accommodate as much as they could but it’s definitely lack of investment and attention from management.

Absolutely one of the worst stays. Dirty room, dirty sheets, front desk refuses to change bedding after 6 days. I’ll definitely spend my money elsewhere. Terrible

The were very courteous and kind. The room felt warm and comforting with all the amenities. It was like home away from home. We always stay here when we visit family and friends in IN. We have never had any issues during our visits. Thank you Kathy & Bill
