Candlewood Suites Hazleton, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Hazleton - 9 Bowmans Ml Rd, USA

Since we stayed there 2 years ago they have significantly renovated and upgraded. The rooms have a full size refrigerator, microwave and a stovetop. The beds were really comfortable. Everything was clean, bathrooms well designed.||Desk in the room and a recliner. Internet was easy to access and was always available.||They allowed us to have our dog and the room price was reasonable.||The front staff were very good and helpful. They recommend Fratellis Italian for takeout and the food was fabulous!||The traffic on I-81 was awful and we were driving from Ontario, Canada. We couldn’t have had a more restful and positive night.||Thanks!!!

We were unsure what to expect, but we pleasantly surprised!! Our room with a king-size bed was nice and roomy, the view was great, everything from the shower to the kitchen was new and clean. This is a nice place to stay and a bargain at the normal room rates!!

Super clean and extra friendly staff. Pulled off highway in the dark and late so everyone was tired but this was a great choice - amazing view and welcoming faces and loved the plants in the lobby and elevator areas. Free coffee in the morning was a plus as well!

The view was really nice. The hotel was under renovations so it was a little messy inside. In the hallways there were lots of houseplants which threw me off a little but they were cute. The bathroom floor was water damaged and the tiles were coming away from the floor, but it didn't bother me too much since they're doing renovations. Definitely not luxury, but it was clean and the staff was kind and I enjoyed my stay!

This was unexpected off the beaten path stop for me. I was so tired from driving and I didn’t know where I was going to be able to stay and it was getting darker. I like my car and do not want to hit a deer. Aside of front desk staff who seemed annoyed, This was a suffice place to go. It is very clean. It is nice with the basics. The view was so nice too. I usually stay at Hilton hotels Hampton Inn or Fairfield. This was a nice change. The beds were comfortable and like I said everything was very clean. Whoever you have cleaning here keep and give them a big raise!!!! Thank you so much, the front staff wasn’t exactly friendly but I had just been swimming with my granddaughter all day long and probably looked pretty disheveled and messy. It was ok enough for a quick stay and thank you so much. I am really happy, I discovered this place along the way of travel! I would’ve loved to have information about the property and information about the restaurant. Maybe it’s closed down. I don’t know. Going down to the third floor- the hallways kind of freaked me out, but it all turned out OK, just have to get your bearings when you are landing somewhere in the dark in the evening from a long day. Thank you. I may stay here again And check out other Candlewood’s.

Here for work, as nice as the full kitchen is, I get woken up by room service talking loud af and knocking on my door every single day even with the do not disturb magnet on the door. Do not recommend for persons working in the area.

What a view! Lovely hotel in an older style, clean and with wonderful facilities. Super helpful desk staff too.

they are currently working on the hotel so there's a lot of noise during the day which is a bad thing as I work nights next to the toilet in the bathroom the tiles are loose for about a day and a half we had black water because they are working on the pipes distance wise it kind of sucks is 30 mi away from the job site but it's the only place that has a kitchen it does not have a continental breakfast The only thing that seems to be good is the Wi-Fi
